My experience has been a great one. The service, the care, the facilities and the professionalism or Dr. Nina Wills and her staff were outstanding. The only thing I did not like was the pain killers prescribed after surgery . I do understand that there are many regulations regarding opioids but there is no reason why a patient should go through excruciating pain after surgery like I did. I am still waiting for my final results, (I had my surgery only a week ago) so I can not talk about the final product even though I am vey satisfied so far. read more

If I could give a zero star, I would. I went for a consultation, paid the 500.00 deposit, and 24 hrs later. I needed to cancel due to a family illness that I needed to be there for. I was told normally the deposits were nonrefundable, but they would keep it for when I was ready. I called to use my deposit and scheduled the procedure, and they refused to apply the deposit. I was getting thousands of dollars done, and they decided to keep the 500.00 and not apply it. Office staff was terrible and beyond rude. They made me feel like I was less and not worthy. Definitely go find a place that 1. Keep their word and 2. Treat you like a human, not trash. Shame on them for being so rude. It turns out I made the right decision. I went to another place, and the nurses used to work in this office. I was told they mock patients, and the doctor isn't as skilled as she claims. I was told this office is terrible for gossiping about people and procedures. I'm glad I went elsewhere; privacy and skilled doctors are a must when doing anything in surgery. read more

I have been coming to this spa for several years. All staff are wonderful people; extremely friendly and nice. They have an extremely clean office with the latest technology and fillers. They have specials every month and at least one educational program. I go to the office in Plainfield, too I highly reccomend Burt and Will and would never go any where else. I was having a hard time finding a Board Certified plastic surgeon in my area who would be able to complete a Liposuction and a Tummy Tuck in Grundy County, Illinois. Most surgeons were located downtown Chicago and I didnt want to travel that far. After I googled Burt & Will Plastic Surgery in Morris, IL and read their reviews and watched their YOUTUBE videos, it looked like a good start. It was my first time going in for a tummy tuck consult and I was immediately sold after speaking with Dr. Tripti Burt. She took her time, answered all of my questions and really is a good hearted person. Her nurse Kristen is just as awesome. I recently underwent a breast reduction from Dr. Tripti Burt on 1/7/13 and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish! Many things I read stated that you should go to 3 plastic surgeons prior to making your choice. I had heard great things about Dr. Burt so I went to her first and knew during the initial consultation that I was going to do my surgery with her! I canceled my consultation appts with the doctors in Chicago and I'm so glad I didn't waste my time driving an hour just to see them. I got everything I needed and more from suburban doctor! I guarantee she is just the same, if not better, that any Chicago surgeon. She spent the time with me I needed and she was very understanding with all of my needs. The day of the surgery when she came and saw me to make her markings, I was very nervous as I hadn't has surgery before, but she was so comforting and put my mind at ease. That night she even called me at home to see how I was! I've seen her for 2 post op appts so far and she have completely exceeded all of my expectations! She is kind, empathic, over the top knowledgeable, and has the best bed side manner out of any doctor I've ever seen. I hate to say this, but my expectations for physicians has gone down over the last 10 years, as they just always act so busy and never make you feel like you are that important. I am writing this because I was so impressed with Dr. Burt for all of the above reasons. I am so glad I went to her!
