Yeah, they don't seem legit or professional and by the reviews..I am not surprised. I called several times in a day left messages, and then tried calling different days same week during their business hours and it would ring once or twice then go to voicemail. I have left a lot of messages more than 5...I was eager to talk to someone about their services...I tried for several weeks to call being frustrated and annoyed during my entire experience with nit even getting in the door. Ten last night I decided to try and call..didn't leave a message...so it was weird..I received a text message this morning at 8:30 am saying "we are sorry we missed you yesterday, looks like you tried to call." Really'? So your not sorry about returning any of my voicemails that I left, and your employees couldn't seem to find time during normal business hours to pick up the phone???? I mean and you decide to "text me" as your first conversation/contact. Wow!!!!! I explain my dissatisfaction with them, a manager texts me - repeat a manager texts me - doesn't pick up the phone like a NORMAL business person..nope texts - yeah I am convinced this business is a scam or fake or fraud. I would just stay away all together... The best part is the "manager" said they would call at 10 am - yep, they never did. Gave them plenty of chances to do something right for a change, but they couldn't seem to follow through. I have been to this business 3 times. I am not new to injections. My first visit was fine there was some upsell involved but it was tolerable. The second time there was even more pressure to buy various peels and facials, diet pills, etc. The third visit they tried to sell me a $3,000 laser treatment. I politely declined and said I wasn't looking to spend that much. She asked how I was looking to spend. I foolishly said "no more than $500." And she replied "well you need at least 50 units of botox." I was shocked because it was rude and I've never had more than 20 units. She proceeded to point out many flaws in my appearance and tell me I needed to get it all fixed and get on a payment plan. I declined and asked she just do the botox please. I received the most painful Injections of my life, no bedside manner. She was clearly angry the rest of my visit. Then she said "I gave you 65 units." I went home alarmed by the experience. Two weeks went by. No result. I'm not sure she put anything in my face at all and charged over $500. I could have gone back for a follow up but was so floored by the experience, I was not going anywhere near that place. Several months later, I still have pain at the Injection sites. Hey guys I don't usually give 5 stars, but this place is awesome. I got emsculpt neo done, and it's actually really decent. I love food, but I also want to get rid of my stomach. I been eating healthy and working out but this stomach is hard to get rid of. I got 5 treatments saw results after the 1st treatment like a couple weeks later. Appearance and strength wise. I was recently there and like another reviewer stated, there was upsell involved, but not nice upsell, she told me how bad my skin texture was and was pulling at my under eyes - I did not get good sleep the night before so I knew I did not look great. The prob was not even that. I got lip filler and the bottom lip was done considerably bigger than the top, and looked very uneven. The other office staff there is rather nice, no issue there. I am just upset with the way my lips turned out and the upsell technique. I went to another place and got them corrected and I am SO happy that I did. The new provider showed me everything she was using so I knew I was getting exactly what I paid for, asked my advice on what I thought maybe could be added etc before she was done. This place just took a couple mins to place filler quickly and unevenly in my lips, told me I was done and that was it and tried to again upsell some redlight therapy for my lip filler that I just had done, which I did not do. Maybe others have better experiences, I did not. read more
