We were looking online and found a used Nissan Pathfinder we wanted to look at we arranged to go look at it we were told it passed inspection and was a great vehicle soon as we went to test drive it there was major issues with the way it shifted so went straight back salesman verified something was very wrong so looked at other vehicles they had a 2019 Equinox took for a test drive and it appeared to be fine we ended up purchasing this vehicle they said it passed inspection. First night we had it the next morning there was oil in the driveway also took on a drive to Saginaw which was our furthest drive with it and noticed after a longer drive that the engine would slightly rev before shifting which did not happen during our shorter test drive we contacted the sales person and they are not willing to do anything even though just purchased 2 days prior I took to a garage to get it checked they raised vehicle up and had me take pictures underneath of all the wetness they told me where the oil and transmission fluid is leaking from and gave me a written receipt of the issues and stated that there is no way that they could not have known because this is something that has been leaking for a while not just something that started the day we bought it and the shifting issue could be because of the leak as it is losing trans fluid We have tried to see if they are willing to help make this right but the salesman told my girlfriend its sold as is. This does not look good on them they say they are a good honest company but it does not appear that they care at all about their customers just making a sale, As well as posting on here to let people know we are also going to make sure to post on all social media pages that we are on and also let friends and family know by word of mouth to make it known so people don't make the mistake of going here as we do not want people to have to go through the same situation as well as contacting the better business bureau and giving them the photos from under the vehicle and the written paperwork from the other shop that checked it out it is a shame because we like the vehicle but want it to be a good family car for us but they just dont care to help. read more

Update: changed my rating because I am actually quite pleased with the timeliness of my car repair. They fixed it just in time for my drive back to college this afternoon! Communication could still improve, and the repair was pretty costly as I could not find my warranty so they couldn't cover it, but I'm quite pleased other than that! bought a used truck and keith said it was "fully inspected" and not even 300 miles later the torque converter needes to be replaced. Keith then tells me that the dealership wouldnt service the truck there because it would cost $9,000 to fix with their technicians and sent me to a little shop in Saginaw to be fixed. 2 and a half weeks later without transportation I got the truck back. after 2,500 miles it started slipping and not going into reverse or drive unless I floor it passed 5,000 rpms. now they say they might or might not fix it. Let me start by saying I don't usually leave reviews. This is more of a warning to pay attention to how this place does business. I went in and test drove a truck, I liked said truck and asked for the bottom line price breakdown with taxes and fees included. I was pressured for time as I work 2nd Shift and asked if he could email or text a Pic of the breakdown bottom line price with Taxes and Fees. What I got was a Pic of a circled number with a finance likely payment number above it. When I asked again for a break down I received a phone call. The way they had come to this number is where it gets a bit shady to me. I never discussed if I was trading in or putting any money down. How they came to this was with me putting 13000 down which was never discussed. At this point I was sent an actual breakdown so to speak. It now had the price at 63k with no money down. So I politely responded with we are probably to far away with the price to make this deal happen and I thanked him for his time. Not even 5 minutes later I was sent a new price at around 58k, they had managed to find another rebate and took off the service contract. I'm thinking service contract we never discussed a service contract. Let me be clear we didn't discuss money down or trade and we definitely didn't discuss a service contract. I don't understand how it's so difficult to give a bottom line out the door with taxes and fees price. To which from there we could start talking about trade in or money down amd maybe explain this service contract. I'd be very leary of how this place does business. I highly doubt you are actually going to get a good deal here. read more

We previously bought a car through them and got ripped off. When we first looked at the car we were told that it came with a second set of rims for summer. Then after two days of trying to negotiate they said that the salesman we were talking to miss informed us, that the second set were not coming with it (that was not part of the deal). So we said we wanted more knocked off then cause that is not what we were told. But we could pay an additional $600 if we wanted to keep them. Then the front end was knocking and we were told that they would fix the front end so it didn't do that anymore. The day we went to pick it up it was still doing it so they had to keep it to fix it but we lost our 6 month warranty. And when we finally went to go pick it up, they let someone take it for a test drive knowing that we were buying it, and it got rear ended so we had to wait another two weeks for them to fix it. Then I told them I wanted more knocked off because it was now a damaged vehicle. The used sales manager tried to make me feel bad and say that he was already taking a hit on it. (He seems to forget that I was doing him a favor by buying a damaged vehicle and I am now taking the hit) I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone! read more
