She is not someone that should be talking to customers. She definitely hates her job and takes everything personally. I've never been treated so rudely in all of my life when rent a storage unit. Even the very first day I started my contract she seemed to have problems with wanting to explain anything to me without getting upset. Yes im the type of person that doesn't read or remember all of the fine details of a contract. Or know the ins and outs of renting. But if ask a question and im a little bit shocked about the contract the first response from the worker should not be ripping me a new one for asking questions and not understanding them fully. They have misleading signs that say they don't raise the rent but they do it's just worded in a way to get you hooked. And when if you ask any question about anything she comes unglued. Only reason I rented from them in the first place is because it was a good location for me and cheap. And now i know why.

If you want broken doors, your locks getting messed with, no security and every critter in town in…read moreyour stuff along with the damp from the weather because the unit aren't sealed or even have walls without holes or gaps straight to the outside, here would be ok for you. Be prepared to pay on time and get late fees added when they shouldn't be, ALL THE TIME. Complete incompetence in that office and very rude to deal with. The gate to get in never opens right so be willing to pull your shoulders and back out fighting the broken gate no matter what side of the street you're on.. The rusted lock will be a problem too, it's welded to where it's hard to get to (hope you like smashing fingers) and when you finally do get the lock lined up and open you get to deal with the heavy dirty chain welded to the lock so when you feed it through the bent up chain link fence it will smack you in the knee or shins. It's NOT a fun limp and bruise for a few days. (If you're my height) I've never been happy with this place. Been too injured to move but I just have to. (crippled or not). The lock my Dad gave me (RIP) was cut off (the other was still damaged but there, I had 2) so I don't know if it was the managers or thieves. No security and management didn't care. Most of my things will have to be thrown away. Moved to another unit, that didn't help. The floor isn't even level. Plywood in the middle is warped and gross, drops off about 5 inches from the walls on all sides. Both sides on the shed door wouldn't work right and was NEVER FIXED one side the lock bar won't slide so won't even latch or secure the door at all. Noticed again recently the lock was tampered with again! This place is terrible. Hope this saves someone else my headache. Don't use U Lock it storage or any other business these rip offs are a part of! Anywhere else would be better. Wish there was a lower rating than 1 star.
