Like high 80's to low 90 percent chance on the case and so much so he betted on my case with me in the office at 33% .. but the fee remained at 50% because they (litigated) my case which last time I checked is exactly what they do with most of the cases they take...then they have the audacity to look me in my eye two plus years later and tell me he never said the things he said to me and that I've over exaggerated my claims. However my back surgery that was recommended by a surgeon was NEVER PUT ON MY SETTLEMENT, So this multi-million dollar firm went from a high probability of a win to basically pennies on the dollar from the original statements and I was twenty plus thousand dollars in medical debt so much so they reduced the med bills and took the same amount I got because the payout was so low. One of my Doctors told me he had a lawyer Sean who was fired but not before messing up a few cases and he believed mine was one of them so instead of correcting it they buried it along with me oh and also got pawned off to other lawyers so much so by the end of it the OG (oleg) removed himself from my final signed paper work and I guy I met twice and 2 years was my "lawyer" on the case...Called a few other places and they all told me I had a case and they aren't sure why this firm fed me to the wolfs but here we are no money for a surgery and the lady at the Tulsa bar office told me I was "cooked" because no lawyer in town will take my case..

I'd bet the 1000.00 we got as a "settlement" that they are paid directly out of the insurance company's back pocket. Whatever you do, don't call 728-8888. He was late for court almost every hearing, which caused us to have to wait an additional hour before we could get acknowledged and have a place to be heard by the judge- but always billed for that hour. Aaron would often schedule several clients for the same times in court, in different court rooms, and I assume billed all clients, like he did me, for the entire time he was a the court house that day. In one four month period Opposing counsel missed court dates / appearances on 4 different occasions, often "with no call / no show" and although Arron Bundy billed me for each occurrence - he refused to try to take any action, which would compel the opposing counsel to the next court date, or to hold him accountable. The higher cost than the financial impact was to the relationship with my children and how they were effectively used. I often wondered if he was involved in manufacturing controversy- as a soul means of generating "more billable hours". When I finally was awarded a judgement against my ex-wife for attorney fees, the judge decided that I was only allowed about 1/3 of the fees I had paid, because my attorney had severely over billed me. The icing on the cake was three fold- the judgement was written incorrectly (respondent / petitioner were reversed, so it was signed by the judge to reflect that I owed my ex-wife for the $2400 judgement that I had been awarded. Aaron Bundy refused to correct the clerical error that was of a draft he had written. I was very upset and wrote a complaint to the Oklahoma Bar Association- which they responded to in one day, indicating that he had not ethically done anything wrong. The kicker was that he responded to the bar inquiry several weeks later - with lies and half manipulated truths. In Summary- You wEILL get fleeced and taken advantage of By Aaron Bundy- after retaining other counsel I came to learn that Arron Bundy's incompetence and dishonesty is a well known fact around the legal circles. Do your family Do not become a victim of this attorney- and if you have fallen prey to this man / Look at your detailed billing and you will probably see.
