    Love purchasing from amazon!
    Diele K.

Living in Arizona means chapped lips are fairly common. I don't find myself in a beauty store or drug store often to purchase Burt's Bee, but love that I can order via Amazon for delivery. Once placing the order, it's here within a matter of days and the product quality always leaves my lips smoother. Always a great product and leaves me feeling refreshed!

Burt's Bees is a great gift. I love to give and receive their products. The Almond Milk Hand Cream is my favorite. I just ordered more for a reasonable price on Amazon. I'm always going to recommend Burt's Bees!

    My favorite chapstick

I started using Burt's Bees in high school. Wow, that was so long ago, I won't age myself lol. I love their chapsticks, IMO, best chapstick in the world. I love the original but they do have other varieties; recently, I purchased a dragon fruit scent. It was founded in 1984 by Burt and Roxanne, in Maine. It was named after Burt, which was a beekeeper. The chapstick is made from beeswax. The company also sells personal care items such as toothpaste and shampoos. They were bought out by the Clorox brand in 2007. Back to my favorite product, the chapstick. I love the sticky consistency on my lips and the soothing minty menthol. It keeps my lips smooth, especially during the harsh, dry, and cold New England winters. I cannot recommend this chapstick enough. I've tried out their lotions and shampoos but the chapstick is number one to me. Love you Burt's Bees!

I like Burt's Bees. I will admit that I haven't tried every product that this company has to offer. I'm specifically referring to its cosmetics line of foundations, lipsticks, and more. I am more of a basics person. I love Burt's Bees lip balms. All lip balms have beeswax in the formulation. I started off using the original lip balm. It glides on smooth and it has done wonders keeping my lips moisturized. I like the various flavours that you can get. Cucumber mint. Coconut and pear. Watermelon. I feel like once I am done with my lip balm stick, I go get another one and there are a ton of other varieties that are new to me. Although my lips need help more in the wintertime, I tend to use Burt's Bees year-round. I like applying it to my lips before I go to bed. I wake up and feel like my lips are in better shape. I tend to get my Burt's Bees products at Shoppers Drug Mart. It's convenient. I like this brand. I hope that it never dies! (54)

Can I say how addicted I am to these natural beeswax lip balms? I have been using them forever! They come in different flavors, but I always revert to their original ones. I especially love that they don't contain parabens phthalates, petrolatum, or SLS. I have these lip balms literally everywhere - in my purse, car, office, living room, night table, and coat pocket! I opened a new tube and noticed immediately it was dry and did not glide on smoothly. I was perplexed! This was the first time I've had an issue. I called Burt's Bees customer service to see if they had changed their formulation. I was reassured they didn't, but they do have expiry dates. I wish they made it easier for the customer to interpret. I provided my contact info, and sure enough, three weeks later, I received four coupons in the mail. I appreciated how friendly and efficient the customer service rep was. Thanks, Burt's Bees!

was looking fluoride free toothpaste happy found this brand also was for kids, think should be even safer, so bought 6 at once, after used noticed both of us sneezing after brushing, didn't pay attention until eyes, ears noses started itch, i start investigated,1 by 1, left the toothpaste, the only new products, carefully i read the ingredients, realized "Stevia was in it, which some people can be allergic to it, not sure why toothpaste needs sweet? understand no studies show Stevia is not 100% unsafe, but also not 100% safe either, as a consumers, I trusted the wording on brand's package, it says: "we don't add what you don't want ". Stevia was one of the ingredients i never want.

Beautiful little courtyard and water works display. Decorated nice for the holidays and the cabin gives it a nice touch. The brick is gorgeous, I just wish they had a gift shop

    Clinical testing waiting area.

Although Burt's Bees doesn't offer tours of their facilities, you might be able to sneak a peek inside if you sign up and are selected for their clinical testings. Sounds scary? Believe me it's not. Sign up on the website and you MIGHT receive one survey every six months. After taking a survey, you either are or are not selected to participate in the testing process. I've tested everything from lip care (chapsticks) to face cleansing products to sunscreens/moisturizers. You're compensated for your time through gift cards and products and they have free wifi and parking if you're there for a longer test. If you're at American Tobacco Campus, you can stop by the beautiful brick building and open up the panel to the left of the main door to view some of the bees themselves. I always thought it was pretty cool that the main headquarters for Burt's Bees are in Durham, and what better place to be located than ATC?!

I have never seen a dermatologist before so I was a little nervous but she was clear, concise, and I left my appointment feeling great! Clara Dermatology was founded in 2020 by Dr. Rebecca Bialas and Dr. Joanna Hooten who are both board-certified dermatologists. Their office is clean, minimalistic, and modern with a variety of their top recommended products on display for purchase including Supergoop! sunscreens, sheet masks, and other trusted skincare products. It's a beautiful space! They're located in a building with a large parking lot, just behind the All Starz Academy, near the Parkside Town Commons shopping center off O'Kelly Chapel Road. They specialize in treatments of the face, body, nails and hair. Can't make it to the office for a visit? No worries, make an appointment for a virtual consultation. Additionally, they offer treatments including chemical peels, Kybella, vitamin injections, microneedling, laser hair reduction, and many more. They even offer ear piercing! Pricing is all very clearly listed on their website, too. Clara Dermatology visits and services can be paid for with an HSA/FSA card, cash, check, or credit card. However, they do not work with or bill any insurance plans. That being said, they can provide a coded receipt which you can submit to your insurance plan for out-of-pocket reimbursement. Note that Medicare and other government insurance programs will not reimburse for these services. Pro tip: you can pay for sunscreens with your HSA card! I wish I knew this sooner, but I walked away with a new Supergoop! Play (SPF 50 and reef safe!) for my upcoming beach vacations this summer. Highly recommend them!

My weight-loss journey was never about finding a quick fix--it was about creating a healthier life and feeling comfortable in my own skin. If I chose surgery, I wanted results that looked natural. After meeting with Dr. Patel, I felt confident in my decision. We discussed my concerns about loose skin and the changes to my breasts following significant weight loss, and from the very beginning, the goal was a natural result. Dr. Patel is incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and highly respected in his field. He has authored and contributed to numerous scholarly publications on breast lifts and augmentations, and his expertise is evident in every conversation and recommendation. If you're looking for a warm-and-fuzzy bedside manner, that may not be what you're paying for. What you are paying for is an exceptionally skilled surgeon who is deeply informed, meticulous, and committed to achieving the best possible outcome. I am now one week post-op and extremely pleased with my results. Everything is healing beautifully, and I am grateful for the care I have received. Ladies, do your research and perform your due diligence. I have always trusted Duke Hospital and its providers to deliver exceptional care, and thus far, they have exceeded my expectations

Trust me, I'm not one of those people that dreamed of having cosmetic plastic surgery growing up, so I worked out like a crazy person trying to get rid of it - but I couldn't tighten up that sagging 2 inches of skin that was hanging over my waistline. After my surgery, 2 years ago now, I was not given drains. I was told (post-op) that that was because I was "dry". To this day, I'm not sure what that means. Following the initial surgery, I had to go back 3Xs within 2 weeks because my body was starting to accumulate fluid in my abdomen area. The nurses drained the fluid as I lay on a table by pressing on my stomach forcing the fluid from a small opening they had to re-cut and re-open to drain. After my 3rd visit, I requested to have drains put in. The drains were removed about two weeks later and I thought everything was fine. It wasn't. I noticed fluid start to accumulate again, but not as much as before. Over time, the fluid hardened and I developed scar tissue. I raised my concerns and I was made to feel like "it'll be fine, just give it some time". I felt like Dr. Erdmann was tired of seeing/hearing me. Well over time, the fluid hardened and I (as a natural born cis male), appeared to be 3-4 months pregnant. The Aesthetic center was contacted and I was seen and had a scar removal surgery at Duke. I requested up-front that the drain be put in no matter how "dry" things may look. I drained for 2 weeks and the drains were removed. Again, I began to develop fluid but this time, it was jelly like. I thought "I'll give it time". I'm pregnant again. I'm going to have to have another surgery (not by Dr. Erdmann) b/c at this point, I am officially botched. I regret having the surgery and had I known this, I would have just lived with the 2 inches of saggy skin. I've been on this journey for almost 2 years now... Things to note: 1. Don't go to Duke Aesthetic Center 2. Don't go to Dr. Erdmann 3. You should plan to have a scar revision surgery whether you have to have it or not, so that any scar tissue can be removed. Most surgeons like to correct the line where they cut you the first time now that your body has had time to adjust and heal. 4. Get your massages after surgery. I was NEVER told about these but these help with the fluid accumulation and cause the fluid to not to harden. I've been told from another surgeon that they are not the most pleasant massages you'll ever have, but you'll want to make sure you have them. Again, I WAS NEVER TOLD ABOUT THIS at the Aesthetic center. The only time I ever met with the Esthetician was to be sold the silagen scar strips. 5. Dr. Erdmann has NO bedside manner. I'm not saying he's rude, it just "feels" like he doesn't care. 6. The nursing staff is great, however, they're not the ones performing the surgery. 7. Do your research!
