Stay away from this place!! I prepaid for 6 sessions in advance. I was able to have 3 sessions done. The quality of work was great. They recently had issues with their equipment at two locations. I had my appointment cancelled twice. I asked for a refund since they're unable to provide the service on time. I have yet to hear back or receive a response. This is illegal business practice. If you can't provide the service, you need to refund your customers. I tried reaching the manager, but she doesn't care. The ease of booking an appointment means a lot to me due to my chaotic schedule. Located in a quiet business district, Avail is clean and slick with a luxurious touch. Kristi was my aesthetician. She was knowledgeable and observant of my words and my skin. A soft and effective touch for my troubled skin. She gave me choices of music for my session which is a first for me, also let me know that we could chat or be silent which I appreciate her putting that option out there as well. Some spas/aestheticians make you feel obligated to be chatty and I came to have peace and quiet ‍. This may very well be my new place to get my facials. read more

They always have run on time - which means a lot to me!! It is a clean and bright place, although it might seem hidden when you first arrive at the building. I started with avail a while ago and up until recently had an okay experience. The girl who was doing my laser treatment left and I got a new girl and during the session I felt an immediate difference. Every zap felt like some took a lit cigarette to my faceand I've gotten laser a while and know it's not suppose to feel like that. Next day my face is still sore and my face is burned so badly ! I called and expressed my hurt about it and that my face is literally burned and didn't get offered any compensation at all. So now I hope I don't get hyper pigmentation to my skin because of how badly it is burned. read more

Kristi was amazing at my facial this morning! I have gotten many facials before and this was my first time here this morning. She was extremely careful to detail, gentle yet talented with her facial techniques, and very warm and welcoming. She made the room and the environment very comfortable for me and relaxing! You can tell she really knows her stuff! My skin looks the best it has in months lol Woops! The front desk staff that were up there were very nice as well! I just finished my 6th session for laser hair removal and have seen great results! I had very very dark coarse hair before, and shaving was painful because of how coarse my hair was. It's a problem of the past now! I started my laser hair removal journey with Avail in February of last year. I was excited about (eventually) never having to shave again. I purchased 2 small/medium area laser hair removal packages to permanently get rid of some pesky stray hairs on my face & underarms. To start the technician had stood about 5 feet away to do my first session using a laser hair removal pen(I found that to be EXTREMELY ODD but never did this before, so I just trusted the process). Come to find out she wasn't supposed to do it that way AT ALL (so needless to say my first session was a waste of my gas & time). When I made the business aware they did graciously give me an extra 2 sessions. I decided to add my legs to the package. Each time I came I expressed how I didn't see much difference from the session before. I followed the technicians advice when it came to coming in between 4--6 weeks given the hair growth cycle & after care instructions. Almost everytime I came there, their was almost an entirely new staff. There's 1 tech whom I loved seeing (great personality & seemed the MOST knowledgeable out of all the technicians there). She actually ended up burning & SCARRING me in the middle of my right cheek & also created 3 little dark spots in the corner of my left jawline(I've had people ask me what happened to my face ). I don't believe she did it on purpose, but that doesn't take away from the fact that I now have 4 scars on me that I didn't have before & on my FACE at that & still have hair growth. My last session (3 weeks ago) I felt like the technician really didn't want to be there & she gave me half the amount of time blocked off for my session (typically take 45 minutes) she was in there for 22 minutes & barely did my legs as well as didn't put the jelly on the back of my legs(part of the hair removal process). Other than my last session I always voiced my concerns with the staff. I've been a manager before & know it's not fair to the business unless you give them a chance to redeem themselves. Overall (9 sessions on my face /underarms & 8 on my legs) I see extremely little difference on my face(about 25% less hair & still growing almost as quick as before) my underarms(about 40% less hair, growing a little slower), & legs (about 35‰ less hair & slower growth). For everyone that doesn't know... By 9 sessions I should've had ZERO hair growth & just need to go yearly for maintenance. I'm extremely dissapointed in the overall results from Avail. I really did like some of the staff, but what matters is the OVERALL results. And either their lasers or their technicians or a combo of both are just extremely ineffective! I highly recommend looking at the reviews of the people that have completed 8-9 seasons when looking for hair removal. I looked at the high number of stars but now notice majority of them that reviewed didn't complete all of their sessions before reviewing. read more

Awful. If you value yourself and your time, do not go to Avail. The staff are rude and incompetent. They double book and think nothing of cancelling your appointment at the last minute. They do not manage their online booking portal. They expect 24 hours cancellation notice from you, however they think it's acceptable to give you 60 minutes notice.
