I had an issue with my Briggs n Stratton mower, and took it in about a month ago. Initially, there was a 10 day wait because of the season, which was fine with me. An initial $40 deposit, which is deducted from final bill was definitely worth it. Once my mower was looked at, phone call made to let me know the issue and cost, they had it fixed in a short time. Excellent work, great group of guys who work with their customers and costs are liveable. Two thumbs up!

I pulled on the lot at 303pm and a gentleman was just closing the over head door on the shop as he got into his car he looked back and seen me and then looked back again at me hesitated a moment, drops it in drive and skirts out. Now comeon like you didn't know why I was here or that I was here?!!!! Sure you did you just didn't want to take a extra 2 minutes at the most to walk in and grab my part for me that weighs 2 ounces and fits in one hand. Its sad trying to do business these days.

I have been from shop to shop trying to find out what was driving the issues that have cost me a lot of wasted time, energy, and resources. Within two days of having my mower Brian found what was causing one persistent issue and he recommended the long term solution. One of the other, more costly repairs I have had done in the past, which ultimately cost me $1200 more recently, was found to still exist. Again, Brian at Roudebush recommended a way for me to manage this issue over time with little cost me. All this said, the staff was upfront, didn't blame others for past repairs and ultimately addressed my issues. Their price was very competitive and reasonable. One of these years I will purchase a new mower and Roudebush is where I will buy from.

The owner kept apologizing and making excuses. I'm sorry but either hire better people or don't keep taking in work you can't get to in a reasonable amount of time.
