Perfect for the what we needed while out of town. Clean, efficient, various options of washers from standard to commercial. Everyone respected each other's property and space. It ran very smoothly. I had one hiccup with a dryer and with no attendant being there it took about 1.25 of my coins but no biggie overall. I was able to get clean clothes just under an hour and a half. Not a bad place at all, of course we were doing laundry so late that nobody was here, but I see it as a positive thing because we don't have to wait for anybody to wash or dry our clothes. The prices are not bad, a little bit more expensive that what I'm used to pay for a laundromat, but still they have variety of machines for all needs. They have entertaining, from the TV, to a truck ride for kids (that is just a minute long for 50 cents), from a "claw" game to win prizes, to vending machines, my kid had a blast in here. The dryers didn't dry so good so you do need to follow the sign that says "for best drying results deposit 6 quarters", and you do need all of them. Is very spacious, they have a coin machine, a lot of baskets, and tables. They have a sign about hiring somebody to come and clean, and they really need to hire somebody, I guess my husband and I are OCD because we starting cleaning the place, people just left garbage everywhere. read more

The laundry mat is not too bad. It is located within an small industrial area off a major street. I may have given a little higher rating but the ride on truck for the kids only runs 1 minute for 50¢. That's highway robbery if you ask me. I must have spent $7 on it so my son would quit asking and he had a long enough ride. The dryers are not the greatest either. They took what seemed like an eternity. read more

I went back one last time hoping the business had improved, it had not. I lost money in a dryer and food I paid for in the vending machine got stuck but worst of all was the roach crawling on the floor while I was waiting for my clothes. I would have left a note Hut I never got a response the last time there was a problem. There are better machines and a drop off place in the big lots plaza just a few miles away. read more

If I could leave zero stars I would. I've never left a review of any business before but the owner of this place was so rude I felt it had to be done this time. The place was decent sized. But no one was there working. I was getting the kids some snacks and drinks out of the vending machine when it took a dollar for a Sprite can but have us nothing. I just dealt with that. But then the ring pop got stuck so I called the number it said to call if there were issues. The lady that answered told me it was an unmanned business and that I should have read the sign on the wall telling me put my name and address on a piece of paper (which they provided none) and put it in the suggestion box. She would then have to "see if the truth is being told" by reviewing the cameras and "if" I was telling the truth she would mail me my money. When I was a bit stumped by this and just repeated "mail me the money?" She then said "yes mail it to you. There's another wash house up by the dollar store you can use since you're so unhappy with mine" I was shocked at being treated that way simply for letting them know their machines were malfunctioning. Because we are here camping out clothes had leaves and what not that ended up getting all over the floor while being put into the washers. I was going to also ask her if there was a broom we could use to clean up after ourselves, but after such a snooty attitude, and then reading the sign she was talking about that said "any unkind language will result in money not being returned and all returns will have to be verified by video. If we are unable to see the situation on video no money will be returned." I decided that they could sweep the leaves up themselves. Take the owners advice and choose another wash house so you'll be happy. read more
