Throughout the engagement, communication was inconsistent and unclear, and we had to repeatedly request clarification on basic items that should have been proactively managed. We also identified errors in our Wisconsin return, including incorrect location information. While the financial penalty was ultimately addressed, the overall experience reflected significant gaps in process, accuracy, and communication. We will not be using this firm again.
