I called and was assured it would be there at least 1-2 hours prior to the viewing at 9am. I got a text message at 3:30pm that my plant was out for delivery. I immediately called and was informed the request was on the form but not the delivery slip and the drivers "must have not seen it". Terrible.

They came out once and did some trees for me . Gave an estimate and scheduled to have it done . It…read morewas agreed that it would be a couple times they would be out because of all the work needed to be done . First time they were supposed to be out they never showed , called them said truck broke down , next week they came . Did trees that were supposed to be done the second time around . Then they did a few cabbage palms out front not only did they raise the price from what they told us but they weren't a pineapple , (( they had been previously shaved years ago just needed cleaning up the dead frawns )) like was discussed and when I mentioned it was told he can't do it . Why?? Said something about the county , I'm out in the Estates and always had it tight like a pineapple . On top of that was supposed to be here the next weekend no show called and said he was moving promised the next weekend today no show called and never called back . Oh and they left garbage when changing their blades way down at the end of my property 2.5 acres down it was the chainsaw blade box . If your not going to come or don't want to be bothered doing anymore work at least call . .

Within a short period, our lawns are full of weeds and/or bare patches,; they have killed many shrubs used for screening. They use Roundup as their weed preventative which not only kills the weeds, but grass and shrubbery as well. The account exec is rude and basically ignores any requests to deal with any concerns. They spitefully cut back an Ixora hedge in August and have yet to replace. Totally fed up; may have to hire additional landscaper to correct their screw ups.

They called me back immediately. Derek and Rob showed up and I absolutely loved them from that moment on. They gave me some fantastic ideas that I would never have thought about. Great ideas on which plants to put in so that you can use less water and require less maintenance all while looking fantastic. These guys are literally experts on palms, bromeliads, really all species of tropical plants, design and execution of the design. Derek was so excited about the plants that they invited me to have a look at their business. The way they create, design and grow their palms and bromeliads is novel and so, so cool.
