He returned to the store, where an employee even acknowledged remembering him and the original purchase. The material was unloaded and taken back by the company. However, when my father requested a refund, he was told it could not be issued without a receipt. So to be clear--they took back the incorrect product, which they now have in their possession again (and can likely resell), but refused to refund him. That's not just poor customer service--that's bad business practice. When a company sells the wrong product and then refuses to make it right, even after acknowledging the sale, it raises serious concerns about integrity and accountability. I would strongly caution others to double-check what they are getting before leaving, because if there's an issue, don't expect it to be handled fairly.
