I paid for the part not covered by insurance, about $250. The insured part was paid by February 10. They did not arrive in 7 days, or 10, or 20..... Or 30.... I called every other day and got a new excuse each time I called as to why the glasses had not been delivered. I emailed Dr. Holloway and he never responded, although after the email the office began calling me with updates. I called and asked for the name of the Lab that was, according to Suresight, the problem and was told they could not give that information out. I asked if I could get any kind of discount since it was taking so long- they said 10% on my NEXT pair of glasses and that was never going to happen. On March 9, which was 34 days after I ordered my glasses - and still didn't have them- I called my insurance company and asked that the payment be removed so I could purchase my glasses elsewhere. I called Suresight and told them that I would be in to pick up my refund. When I got there they had a check in an envelope ready to go...no apologies- nothing. I went to Pearle Vision Center in Cartersville on Tuesday March 10, 2015 and my glasses arrived March 13th...3 days later. I will recommend Pearle Vision but NEVER encourage or recommend any Suresight Eyecare location or Dr. Holloway and that is unfortunate because of our communities commitment to shopping and using services that are locally owned.

They do most of their business online but their bricks and mortar shop/warehouse is currently open from 12-3 PM Tuesdays through Saturdays.  Regarding COVID-19 precautions, they only allow 10 customers inside at a time (a sign outside instructs you to take a number), and masks are required. There's plenty of room to maneuver away from other shoppers since the floor is spacious. The skein shopping is unparalleled, with cubbies upon cubbies of favorites like Malabrigo, Madelinetosh, Manos del Uruguay, and Cascade. I had to refrain from prancing and twirling around in the aisles all giddy. The quantities and colorways are eye-popping! ESK has a Yarnathon rewards program where you can get bonuses for reaching yardage milestones. You also receive a scratch-off lotto ticket each time you buy something; you can score prizes like store credit and extra yardage. The employees are nice and helpful so don't hesitate to ask for assistance. And there's more yarn in the back in case you don't see what you need. I've also ordered online; purchases are shipped the next day or so, packed in bright tissue paper.
