Unreliable and Unprofessional--Would Not Recommend! I would not recommend Krista to anyone due to her severe lack of professionalism. Over the course of three wax appointments, she has never been on time--arriving 45 minutes late once, 15 minutes late another time, and 12 minutes late on another occasion. Shockingly, she even showed up to one appointment visibly high and openly bragged about it. On top of that, she has canceled on me three times--twice within 12 hours and once just an hour before the appointment. Yesterday I visited Bustle Salon to get a gel manicure for the first time since 2020! Kayla did a wonderful job and the experience was super relaxing. I love the color and we had so much fun talking about things to check out in the area, camping, our families, and so much more--she had me laughing the whole time. The salon is really clean, spacious, and well-lit. While I was there I sleep learned that they provide a variety of other services, like piercings and lashes. I would definitely recommend getting a manicure from Kayla! It also seems worth noting that there's a juice bar called The Blend connected to the salon. It looks really cute. My so callers stylist left my hair grossly uneven and then tried to cover it up. The manager then attempted to shame me when I left an honest review that my hair looks as if a lawnmower cut it. 2 inc differences between layers. Don't risk your hair on this over priced, under experienced hack shop. Mt sons hair is FRIED to a crisp. Horrible service and rude, ego centered management. read more

I took the chance and went and got my nose pierced here. first of all I told the girl it was too low and she informed me that's where it should go. She used a very very small stone. after 3 days the stone kept going inside the piercing when I called and asked about it I was informed to just keep popping it out u til hole heals. when I asked if I could have it changed out for another ring I was informed that it would be $30. Really NO THANKS it was your fault you should have gladly changed it out to make a customer happy. I then had to go to another stylist to have her first of all take out the ring that was pierced in the wrong spot as I had stated. it has to heal the hole and then be pierced for correctly whixh was another $80 for me. Ao thanks to BUSTLE salon my piercing that should have cost me $55 ended up costing me $140. should have gone with my guy BUSTLE is just like GIBZ just changed the name. read more

Today I decided to take my sister who has cancer for "maybe" her last pedicure. As soon as we walked in, we weren't even greeted, we were just ask if we had an appointment. We were taken upstairs to get supposedly a deluxe pedicure. The young lady who did my sisters pedicure didn't even engage in a conversation, which is fine, but was done in literally 30 mins. Deluxe? I don't think so. Then I had mine, which was great until she said she was done and it looked like a ten year old did my nails. I had her redo the polish on the toes that looked bad. She redid them and it was just as bad. I decided to just be done. Was obviously not what I was going to get the deluxe! There was no certifications posted, that these nail technicians were certified. My 13 year old daughter was with me, while she waited patiently, she began to itch, then realized she was sitting in someone's hair. Yuck! This salon should not be in business. So I came in and asked for a full head dyed, a trim, and undercut. I asked how much all of it will cost and the lady just said "we'll see." I should of just left but I wanted to try something new and haven't dyed my hair before. I asked for a bright bubblegum pink and was told they had to mix two colors together to do so and when I asked if it would charge extra they told me not to worry. I did have a good experience with the other lady's telling me I look great but I couldn't see what was going on because I was turned away from the mirror. After my cut I was finally able to look and it turned out more purple than what I asked for. I was not sure what to say and just wanted to leave. They charged me over $180. I nearly freaked out but I paid and left. I wouldn't recommend going there. read more
