Our rentals were assembled on July 3rd for a July 4th event. We are located directly on the beach in NJ. On the evening of July 3rd around 9pm a serious thunderstorm swept across our region and unfortunately damaged some of the equipment. I reported the news of the incident via email and hoped someone would see it before or event the next day at noon. Within an hour I had a response and guarantee that the equipment would be replaced before our event. By 830am on the Fourth of July holiday, our the equipment had been replaced and reassembled. I assume we were a small order for this company and the 4th of July is probably a busy day in the party rental world. Mike and his team treated our situation as if it was a priority and exceeded all expectations. My guess is they treat all of their customers similarly.
