Arthur Murray Red Bank studio just had the most amazing and magical event at the Sterling Ballroom…read more(inside the Double Tree Hotel Tinton Falls-Eatontown). We were searching for a venue which could accommodate our Valentine's Ball with Showcase and Social dance with full scale catering. The Sterling Ballroom team did not disappoint. From the beginning of planning to execution, we had a short amount of time, only 6 weeks! We found the venue during the last week of December, and finalized contract at the beginning of January and our event was February 9th! The Sales Team Reena and Sue tagged team well and got what we needed at a short notice with holiday downtime during the final contract arrangement. The Sterling Ballroom had been more than accommodating. They were able to set up everything to perfection. From table setup, to decoration, centerpiece etc. When our guests arrived, everyone was complimenting immediately about the Ambiance of the ballroom. The numerous chandeliers gave it the most elegant look and feel. The place was warm and the staff were the most welcoming. Special thanks to the Catering Manager Nemo who has met with our studio manager several times to ensure the House speaker system would work with AM Red Bank's sound equipment as well as on the day of, re-arranged tables to perfection as our original floor plan did not really match what we wanted (our fault, not The Sterling Ballroom's). Our event had a floating schedule. Nemo was able to get his staff to turn around quickly and serve food slightly earlier than scheduled. His team of staff were so pleasant. Everyone had a great smile on and very efficient in working. Very professional. From our end, everyone was raving about how good the food was. The salmon was extremely juicy and tender. The Paella was a very nice touch as most places wouldn't have that on the menu. The Banquet menu had great choices and we were able to select 4 entrees, 2 types of salads with great accompaniments and desserts. Refreshment was provided throughout the event which was a nice touch as we all needed coffee, water and drink for a dance event! All in all, we could not have been happier with how the event turned out. Will be looking forward to organizing more events at The Sterling Ballroom in the future and would recommend this to all who want to have a special event!
