I will attach pictures just to show proof of how disgusting and dirty their quality is. Rented from them for my bridal shower, bring it in with it filled with dirt and holes all over. Dance floor was cracked and chipped everywhere. They delivered it on Monday call them back and tell them all of this. The lady's response is "well this is a rental company so there is going to be ware and tear", spent almost $3,000 and that is the response I get no apology or anything. She then tells me that she is going to have her manager call me, this was at 2pm I call no response back. I email them and she claims she called but they do seem to tend to lie so I didn't get any call. finally tuesday morning i call again and she says she's going to take care of it and to give her till 10am to get a response. 12pm comes around still no response, she finally calls me at 6pm and says that they are going to deliver ALL new WINDOW walls. So today comes around and the crew comes to our house and says where Are the walls. LOLLLL. I call Leslie, the manager and say your crew is at your our house asking for walls, she says a new crew is coming and everything is going to be okay. then 15 minutes pass and the crew that Just asked us where the walls are and claiming they don't have any walls says they have 4 walls only. I call Leslie again and she says "yes that is correct". Mind you she didn't even bother to mention that to me Once. Ask them to completely remove the tent so I can go with someone else & her response is "I don't have anyone to take it down and we closing until the 27th." My bridal shower is this weekend, the 20th. and the whole time they care more about proving you wrong instead of showing any type of empathy. I am religious as well and understand the closing of religious holidays but if you are so religious you should also want to make sure you are a good person. If they do choose to respond to this it will be on why WE are wrong and they will not take accountability for ANYTHING. I don't know how they sleep at night. Again don't let them fool you with whoever they paid to get these reviews.

As an event director, I can truly appreciate working with a local company like Paul's. I felt like everything was personal and their response time was quick. We had our furniture delivered on the Wednesday before the wedding and were able to set it up the way we wanted to. We also have to change out one minor thing, and Paul and his team were able to do it quickly and efficiently with no marked up charges or extra delivery fees. The quality of the items were great. We also enjoyed all of the custom cocktail reception pieces. We visited the showroom, and even if they don't have something you want, Paul and his team can custom make the pieces. Again, Paul was very professional and I was glad that we could use his services for our wedding!

Made an order for 24 chairs and it was such an easy process. I called in the order a few days…read morebefore and was emailed a quote and copy of the contract and payment form to sign. I returned and showed up on Friday afternoon and after processing the payment, I went around the back where they load your car for you. (Note: They do offer delivery, but I believe your order has to be $400 minimum). Anyways, they loaded me up in under 3 minutes and I was on my way back home. All the chairs were in good condition and I returned them immediately after the weekend, by pulling up to the same door where the men unload it for you. Quick and painless. Reasonably priced. Will def use them again! My only negative would be the hours. They are closed on Weekends and only open until 3pm on weekdays which makes things a little hard to manage.

We originally got the tent for potential weather, but we were able to cancel the tent a few days prior once we knew the weather and it didn't look like we'd need it. They arrived on time to drop off all of the rentals, and picked them up same day as soon as the event was over. Their team was timely, efficient, and easy to work with!
