Terrible new GM. , Very disappointed with the experience at this car wash after being a loyal customer for 7 years. The GM, John Anthony, has only been here a few months and already creates a very negative environment. He was rude and unfriendly to customers, including myself, and showed no professionalism or willingness to accommodate concerns. What really bothered me was witnessing him threaten to fire an employee right in front of customers, which was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable to watch. After supporting this business for years, it's upsetting to be treated this way. Management should treat both customers and employees with respect, and unfortunately that was not the experience here. I dealt with Harold today and he stood out -- the company should seriously consider promoting him. I stopped by today to have my car washed. I haven't been at this particular car wash in a while, but I do like the ease of entering and having an area to vacuum the inside of the car. The vacuums have good suction power. Everything is pretty much the same as the last time that I was here. The car wash prices start at $17 for the basic, $20 for the next higher tier, and $27 for the top one. You may be able to have special requests and work it out with the manager. My car looks like new again, so I'm happy. One thing that I was surprised about were the 2 gentlemen who.prepped my car before I entered the car wash itself and asked for a tip! I was very surprised. I have never encountered this behavior there before. I gave them what little cash I had because I usually don't carry cash. I use my cards. When I paid the blonde lady with my card, I asked if there was room for a tip on the receipt, but she said no. I didn't think anything of it until I got asked for a tip. Extremely Disappointed - Poor Communication & No Accountability I've been a paying member of Busy Bee Car Wash for years now, yet for an entire week, the location I use has been completely out of service with zero proactive communication to customers. I drive 40 minutes out of my way to reach this location. Over the course of one week, I made three separate trips, only to arrive and be told, "Sorry, we're not available" or "We don't know when we'll be back online." No notice. No update. No signage. No courtesy message to members who are actively paying for a service they cannot use. I reached out to customer service directly, expecting at least some acknowledgment beyond a generic apology. Unfortunately, the response was exactly that--just an apology, with no credit, no extension, no compensation, and no effort to make things right after wasting hours of my time and fuel. Outages happen. Poor communication happens. What's unacceptable is charging members while repeatedly failing to deliver the service and offering nothing in return--especially when customers are going significantly out of their way. As it stands, this membership offers convenience in theory, but not in practice. I hope Busy Bee reevaluates how it treats loyal customers when things go wrong, because right now, the experience feels dismissive and careless. read more

My car came out line no wash was performed I paid $53.45 plus the tip I gave the good for nothing employees. The person who cleaned the car did not speak English and she was sooooooooo careless !! She was on her phone all the time ( we were seeing her from the bench in the waiting area) I guess the manager from this location came up saying that my car and my car windows had glue poured all over ! (REALLY !!) he brought a sponge and a towels and I showed him that the stains were water marks and they could be removed with the sponge and a towel. Going thru this car wash has been a nightmare. I didn't know busy bee had an auto wash but I was driving by one day and saw it! Perfection! I've been coming here for years. They have free self service vacuum stations. The self service wash is also pretty cheap, about 3 bucks for 4 minutes. The staff is also always polite and helpful. I've always been afraid to go thru their automatic tunnel car wash cause was worried about my rims getting scratched. I've tried it twice and no scratches so I joined the unlimited fast pass. There are 3 levels. I purchased the mid level for 25 bucks a month. I spend about 40 to 50 bucks a month on several touchless car washes but having this fast pass makes it more convenient and also affordable. If I get lazy and need full service, they give 15% off the additional services for being a fast pass member. Love this place and hope they keep the prices affordable and continue the great service. It reminds of old skool car washes in LA where I grew up. Personable and expect to see the same crew taking care of your baby every visit :) read more

Before I found a self-service car wash nearer to my place a few months ago, I'd always come here to Busy Bee. As others have mentioned, the vacuums are free, as are the floor mat cleaners. After the interior is vacuumed, I pull in to one of the self-serve bays, grab some quarters and go to work. About 20 minutes and 5 or 6 dollars later my vehicle is all shiny and sparkly once again. If you're not into cleaning your own vehicle or don't have the time, they have several options where they'll wash and vacuum your car for you. They offer everything from their basic "Wash 'n Go" for $5 ($3 during happy hour) to their "Deluxe Wash" which is $19. If you want your vehicle detailed, they'll wax it starting from $38, shampoo and steam clean your cloth seats for $20, etc. You get the idea - they offer all kinds of car cleaning from do-it-yourself to their basic wash/ vacuum and beyond. Just got a really funny reply from busy bee telling me my car wasn't waxed right and it wasn't dirt on the car . And it wouldn't get off with a car wash. Funny fact is that I went to a car wash right after busy bee and ended up with a clean car. Please do not talk trash about car washes only because yours doesn't do the job! Total trash! I came here yesterday to get my car washed and guess what? It's still dirty after going through the wash twice! After the first wash I parked my car to vacuum clean it. That's when I realized that my car is still dirty and filthy. So I told the lady I just paid 16$ to, that my car was still dirty. She was nice enough to let me go through a second wash for free. But my car did not get any cleaner. It's easier to just go a little bit further up and get your car cleaned by the guys who are super annoying but at least you get a clean car. Total waste of my time and money! Definitely will not go there again. I understand that people try to make money, but you are just losing customers this way. Come and leave with a dirty car!
