Lenny and his crew wash your car for $25, and also offer waxing, detailing and even ceramic coating (I had this done on my new Tesla T3 and it looks great) at very reasonable prices. The place is always seem to be full of Lamborghinis, BMWs, Mercedes, and fancy pickups, but they were happy to have my Hyundai and Kia when that's what I drove. When the…read morecompany returned the car to me, for some reason told me that the job wasn't finished (they still had to buff the scratch out) and told me that they would come to my house to finish. We scheduled an appointment but they didn't tell me about specific requirements needed beforehand like an AC electric hookup and were not able to complete the job on the day it was scheduled. Even worse, the associate who spoke to me that day (not Asiel) was very rude when I tried to arrange a different day to come back where we would have an electric hookup and told me he actually refused to finish the job over the phone. I was very upset after that but Asiel reached out to me after that, apologized for the associate and tried to make it right by coming back to finish the job, but he kept no-showing with no explanation whenever we made appointments, even despite him confirming a week before. I'm very disappointed as I trusted Asiel to finish the job based on his promises to me but he didn't make good on them. The damage to the car is still visible despite me paying full price already to the company. Please do not use this company for any service and please feel free to reach to me personally if you need any additional details and good luck with your searching

This service was recommended by Yelp engine and decided to give it a try…read more The response to my request was pretty quick and information regarding the services offered They use an app called WashproGo I went there and tried to schedule a service to detail my car. I found some issues on the app: 1. With a limited radius (key Biscayne and Brickell, downtown) and didn't accept my request. 2. The app required payment of services before actually do the work. I called to the number listed and the person on the other side of the line Ignacia was nice and willing to help on reserving my appointment directly for Saturday 9am...or I thought so... later in the evening i found out there was no appointment and had to request again. This time for Saturday 11:30am and will be sent the payment link to complete once service was completed. Time of my appointment came and no sights of the tech, called the numbers given but no response received. I got upset and though this was another bad experience with a new business. 1.5 hrs later the tech arrived to my home I set the work area and let him do the work. Less than 2 hours later I checked my car and was left in very pristine condition inside was spotless, outside was shiny and clean I choose the Gold service that do a deep clean inside and outside. I only expected the clay and wax would do better with the bugs/tar marks, they were removed mostly but I still have some minor that hope can be totally removed next time. My assigned tech a Juan was very nice and did a good job, was fast and detailed, he also recommended a deeper buffer that would help on the marks.
