Thank you Jason!! I appreciate your service. I was grocery shopping after I dropped kids off to school. I opened my trunk to unload my cart...put my purse (with both sets of my car keys) in the trunk...the blasted wind blew my trunk shut!!! A nice gentleman brought me and the rest of my groceries home. Jason of Busy Bee Lock and Key promised to return to finish the job, since he said he didn't have his tools for making a garage key. Since he didn't have all his tools with him, he promised me he wouldn't charge me another service call fee when he stated he would return three days later. I had paid him for re-keying some door locks, but he never replied to my calls, text messages or e-mail about returning for the garage key I needed for my new tenants that were moving into a rental. I had to pay another service call fee of $50 for just a measly garage key. More than two weeks have passed and he still does not have the courtesy to call or text me an apology or explanation why he never showed up. Busy Bee Lock and Key is not fully prepared, lies about returning to finish a job, and completely ignores customer calls, text messages and e-mail. read more

Jason does excellent work and always comes through.When my truck was stolen and the thieves had the keys to my home Jason came to our home immediately to change our locks to ensure safety for my wide and I.It was after hours and his price was so inexpensive I demanded he take more money for being so expedient and professional.Great attitude and integrity go a long way in my book and I will always use Busy Bee Lock and Key!! read more

I've had to use Busy Bee Lock a few times in the past, and I have nothing but good things to say! Once, was when I accidentally locked my keys in the car, Busy Bee was there in 15 minutes to help me out. And he got me in my car in less than a minute. The other time was to rekey my house, he was in and out of there in less than 5 mins. Every lock was exactly how I wanted it, and rekeyed to the certain keys I wanted. I was so surprised at how fast and reliable this company is! You won't find that anywhere else in this town! Oh, and to top it off, this company had the most reasonable prices in the area.
