Called multiple times to get a quote for someone to install a floor safe. The gentleman on the…read morephone said the person to give the quote wasn't available and we will call you back. They NEVER called me back. I went to Home Depot and rented the equipment I needed to install it myself. I had no experience in sinking anchors into a concrete slab but it wasn't too bad with the right tools and I saved a ton of money. I can't recommend a business that won't keep a commitment as small as a call back.

So far, I have heard excuses but no solution to my problem with the lady having to advertise about…read moreduplicate keys that say do not duplicate. Making it sound like it is my fault that you have a lady working there that has to be rude and telling people that she will make a duplicate even if the key is stamped (Do Not Duplicate) I took my business to the locksmith on Stockton Hill Rd. because of this. I am happy there with no one to give me a hard time as a customer.

They installed deadbolts and rekeyed existing locks so that it was all the same key. I had a door that wouldn't really close properly and that was fixed without having to ask about it. I wonder if to them, that was a simple job, but to me, it provided peace of mind, which to me is priceless. I recently had someone stalk my wife and I, turns out that person had a criminal record and was most likely going to rob our house. Not a great feeling, but hiring them and installing them helped to restore that sense of security that you want for your home. I highly recommend them!
