Quick, nice, most efficient roadside service I have ever seen. We had flat tire in hotels parking lot. Luckily it can be patched. Due to COVID-19 we didn't have much conversation. I was really appreciate their efficiency especially all auto repair shop are closed on weekends. We had their service through our credit card service. They will fill out form for you. My daughter had a flat tire and luckily was already at her school. My husband and I would have changed it but the problem was the lug nuts did not seem to fit well into the tire iron that the car came with. I even went to Walmart to get a different size tire iron, again, no fit. Finally, we called Busy Bee and our call was answered promptly. The person was honest enough to tell us that it might take an hour to an hour and a half before someone can get to us. Which was fine, but we got a call from an older gentleman sooner to let us know that he will be meeting us in about 35-40 minutes and he was on time. He was pleasant and conversant while he was changing my daughter's tire and had the tools to take the lug nuts off. In addition, he patched my daughter's tire as well! Saved us a lot of money by not having to buy 4 new tires for an all wheel drive car. I will have to call them and find out the gentleman's name because we are definitely using them again and would prefer the same gentleman to provide the service. read more

This gentleman stopped to help me in the canyon when no one else would stop!!! Like a lucky charm! He was so quick, efficient, and kind. He even checked the tire pressure on my spare before putting it on. I was fixed and off and going in no time flat. I was so impressed! After working a 12 hour night shift, my car battery was dead. They were very quick, knew exactly where I was (2nd level of the parking garage) without needing the address (well known local hospital). Called for roadside service and was messaged that it might take 90 minutes. Carl at Busy Bee contacted me in 10 minutes and was on site in 20 minutes. That was impressive with rush hour traffic. I couldn't find the part to unlock the wheel, and he managed to fix the issue anyway. Again, impressive and appreciated. He was thorough and worked diligently to resolve my issue. Waited 5 hours just to be told 3 hours later he cannot help because I left my vehicle to go to my job. Even though we made an agreement on the phone if he informed me when the tow truck was on the way I could head down there to be present. I take responsibility for not having a spare but not being able to tow my car to the service location is an astronomical flaw for a tow/roadside assistance company. There were several excuses including various accidents they were pulled to. Hard getting ahold of him. When we did get in touch with him he asked for the location of drop of several times. Even though this service was scheduled through my insurance to this service provider. Do not recommend. If you have progressive insurance and they schedule with him be prepared and weary. read more

Just had my battery replaced in my 2007 Chevy trailblazer and the guys at Busybee were awesome! Showed up within the hour of placing a call through my roadside assistance coverage on my auto policy and it took them about half an hour to replace it. Super nice, friendly guys. Called USAA for a flat tire repair, BusyBee was the contracted company and dispatched out to the apartment complex I'm at. The driver called to let me know he was on his way and hung up on me when I tried to tell him how to get into the complex. When the driver arrived, he called me and cussed at me saying he didn't "have time for this fucking shit" and when I explained I have to buzz him in on the box, he got irritated with me. He kept reminding me he "had other jobs to do" and I said that I was one of them and that I needed my flat tire changed out. When I told him it was not good customer service to cuss at people, he blamed the apartment complex not answering the phone. I heard him say "just open the God **** gate" at which point I hung up and called USAA. When Adam, the manager, called me, he stated that Carl is "usually a nice guy but they are so short staffed and he has been working for 36 hours without a break". I explained to Adam that that was no cause to lash out and be rude to which he replied with "I can have Zach there in 20 minutes so..." It wasn't Zach that showed up, it was Leslie with another company. I do NOT recommend you use this company.. they are RUDE and have ZERO respect for their customers especially ones with USAA. After a mixup with my AAA coverage I had to resort to my insurance carrier to arrange for roadside assistance after a tire failed on a rental car (note to self, check tire condition before leaving airport especially when going cheap....). My carrier obviously contracts locally with Busybee, and I couldn't be more satisfied. Only thing I regret is I neglected to get the serviceman's name. Friendly, knowledgeable, prompt.
