He said he could handle insurance claims, but the truck sat there for 3 months out in the rain and he did nothing and was not able to do a simple insurance estimate. We paid $900 deposit when we dropped off and when we told him we would be moving it to another shop (after over 3 months of complete inaction!) he said he pulled the front end frame and needed to keep $600 of the deposit to cover that. The next mechanic said there was absolutely no work done on the vehicle and the last guy ripped us off. I don't know how this guy can still be in business. Beware and do not ever take your vehicle here. Go to a reputable shop.
