I used this cab company twice in the last few days and the dispatcher was incredibly rude. I just called again and the cab never came to the right location. I missed a call from the company and called right back as I see the cab driving by. The dispatcher was the absolutely rudest and most unprofessional person I have ever encountered and said she would not be sending a cab because I missed the call. I called back immediately while looking at the cab. I don't know how any business can function like this. I am a tourist in this city and this was the absolute worst. I'm spending a minimum of $30 a day on cabs while I am here and I would rather walk for an hour than give this company any business. Whoever owns this company needs to get their dispatchers in check. My underage teen had to take a cab ride home from her part-time job. The driver did an average speed of 85km despite the limit always being between 40-60km. She says he was doing 40km over in some places. She felt extremely uncomfortable in the car and had him drop her off at a neighbours house. I left a private complaint hoping the owner would sort it out and speak to his driver. Paul Wilson asked me to call him and proceeded to defend his drivers every action. read more
