When I was a youngster, my best bud and his family had a housekeeper. He had a huge beautiful house on the lake so I just figured that's what rich people do. My parents made me and my brother clean the house for chore money since I was 10 years old so I never understood the concept of paying someone to clean your house. Fast forward 30 years and I can now see the appeal. I have family coming into town in a week so for the first time ever, hired someone to clean my modest 1600 sq for house. I must admit, it's a nice feeling. Busy Beez was mostly responsive to communication and the people seemed really nice. I hired them for the deep spring clean on my house since I never had it cleaned after moving in two years ago. For the most part, they did a great job. Maybe I expected too much but there were spots on my hardwood bedroom floor that were not mopped. The storm window has cleaning streaks on it. My window sills still have some dust and a couple of surfaces were completely missed. I thought window cleaning came with the service but apparently it didn't. It was nice to have my house clean but not sure I'll invest in the deep clean next time since things were missed. read more

We are so glad that we found Busy Beez. We have a challenging house for ANYONE to clean as we have 9 dogs. After the initial deep cleaning, we had several different cleaners...but Brittney is by far our favorite. Not only does she give a lot of attention to detail, but she'll do anything I ask of her. Our dogs all like her and are very comfortable with her. My most happy moment was when she offered to change the bed. It sounds so little, but I have back trouble that makes changing the bed a big challenge. I love how Brittney makes me feel like I matter....she's simply fabulous. read more

If there was a lower rating, I would leave it. We were charged $390 for a one time cleaning. it was supposed to be the prequel to continued service twice a month. And, it was supposed to be a deep cleaning. Two women stayed for exactly 2 hrs. and 35 mins. according to our front door camera. We have stink bugs on the floor, dust under and on all furniture, and the master bath shower was left with water on the glass enclosure instead of wiping it down. The master bath floors were not clean, no baseboard moldings were cleaned. Overall, the house was done poorly. I would not recommend this service at all. And, when I called , the person who was designated to "help" me - Ashley- was rude and dismissive. $390 for a bad job gets my attention and should get yours! read more
