I could not be happier that I did! They did everything from wipe down the storage shelves that are 15 feet above the floor to remove the cobwebs from the garage opener equipment to vacuum and mop the floor. I learned afterwards that in addition to painting, they also do yard work, exterior power washing, painting, handyman work and I'm sure much more that we didn't even discuss. They are a family business and Aaron, Pilar's son, is especially warm and engaging. Don't hesitate to hire them! I certainly won't the next time we need something.

I was told over the phone that the cleaning would take about 6 hours, so I rearranged my entire day and rescheduled other contractors to make sure the house would be available. The cleaning team did not arrive all at once. They trickled in and the last person arrived around 9:00 AM. They were finished by 10:15 AM. What was supposed to take 6 hours took only an hour and fifteen minutes. That was my first red flag. When I came home I noticed that the floors had only been vacuumed, not mopped. I had paid extra for an oven cleaning, but the front of the stainless steel oven was still dirty. They wiped around small items on the countertops instead of moving them to clean properly. There was visible dust under the couch and in other easy-to-reach areas. To their credit, the walkways looked clean and they did vacuum. But overall it felt rushed and incomplete. I reached out afterward and they did offer to come back and fix the issues, but by then I had already hired another company to do the job right. This was my first time using Castle Keepers and unfortunately it will be my last.

The initial service was great, they inspected and pointed out what their approach would be. They performed the cleaning and left my kitchen cleaner than it was when they got there. Thinking it might just be special treatment for the first service, I did not write a review. Then the second service, the same expectations were met. They even pointed out an issue on my roof, which they had nothing to gain from. The service was a cost reduction over the competition, and I am pleased to say service is a marked improvement. I have email bombed and text bombed and left repeated voicemails begging for a receipt for my June service. It is now September 30 and I still haven't received any receipt for paid services. I have home security and watching it back and I was disgusted with the ethics behind the work . Took him 15 minutes per room and went over the whole carpet one time as if I were vacuuming before my wife came back home and I forgot to do as she asked lol but seriously . On top of that as the man walked in, he began to sell me on calling him on the side because he would do it for half price (off the record . ) We were so embarrassed as we had family visiting the next day , it was utterly the worst service I've ever seen or been provided. I worked for a place that did steam cleaning 15 years ago and was shocked at what the industry standard either is or how low budget this one was . Save yourself the time and heartache and go with another company, or do it yourself . I promise you the results from your own elbow grease will supersede this company by a mile.
