Terrible Service! I…read moreused Stewart Ttile company for my recent purchase on 2/12/19. I was unable to attend closing and was told that they will mail the closing documents to me. I have done several purchases before and this is the first time I have to deal with a company that does not care about its client. Throughout the process, I could never get anyone to answer any concern I had. Firstly, I wired the escrow deposit to them. I called a day after to see if the received it and they kept saying "no," even though my bank said it was deposited to their account. After going crazy, they finally checked and send me an email saying they received it. Secondly, I wired a large sum of money (my entire life savings) to their account. Again, I called to enquire if they received it. My calls always get transfered to a voicemail and no one ever returned my call. Just put yourself in my situation and you will know know it felt! After several phone calls and emails and after finally demanding that someone check, they finally confirm that the receive my deposit. Thirdly, since we are from out of state, I was told that they will mail the closing documents to me after closing. I called numerous times because I never receive any documents. I was given the same answer everytime that "it was mailed out and it normally take two weeks to deliver." I have never had any instance with previous purchase where closing documents were delivered 2 weeks after closing. Two weeks after closing, I called them again. I was told that technically "today is two weeks, so if you don't receive it this afternoon, give us a call again and we will trace it." My god! And everytime I requested the documents, they will email me a copy. What happened to the original ink signed documents? My husband finally treatened to get a lawyer. It is now 3/6/19, over 3 weeks since I made the purchase, and I stil did not receive the original closing documents from them. During my correspondence to the supervisor today, I AM NOW TOLD THAT THE DOCUMENTS WERE MAILED ON 2/20/19!! Too many lies. Don't use this company. They take your money, but don't deliver. Worst expericence ever!!!!
