valet provided parking for a winery. I was visiting in Woodinville. When I went to leave, there was a mixup with the keys. Mine be missing. These things happen but Butler leadership and their team made it right. Butler Seattle valet STOLE or Lost my car key! from my Lexus at St Michelle concert event. The manager did not come to talk to me for over an hour... I was on parking lot till all the cars left and only then he came talk to me. The supervisor who was at his home - did not call or text me. The evening/concert experience was all destroyed and the WORSE - my 2021 Lexus key might had been stolen from them. No one could find the keys, they are lost or stolen. #ButlerValet does not care about the clients and jeopardize cars to be safe during their valet service and after their service. The only reason my car did not get stolen - I left the event 40 mins earlier and they did not have time to steal the car. read more

Some girlfriends got together for a wine weekend in Woodinville, WA and we hired Butler Wine Tours to help us plan a wine tasting day and also transport us. It was fantastic!!! Dan was our driver and he was great. He knew some fun facts about the area and a few about each winery, it made the day even more fun. He was also known by all the winemakers so I think we got a little special treatment. It was nice. We were able to do 4 spots in about 4 hours. We could have done more but we lollied around. Dan had a nice way of letting us have our fun but kept us moving. The price was competitive and worth every penny. I do wish the big van was more of a limo style with the seats facing ome another but that isnt a huge deal. Communication was fantastic. Susan in the office booked everything and was really responsive. Then, a week before the trip. Dan text me, it was perfect timing as I was just thinking I needed to confirm with them. We needed valet parking and a tour bus for our Board and Executive Retreat, and Butler came through with shining colors! The gents they sent for valets were amazing; energetic, unfailingly polite and very professional. They had two very long days in a row, and two really early days, but they were just as polite and gracious from beginning to end. I used them for a group wine tour in Woodinville. Our tour was 4 hrs long (which included about 30 min to and from Woodinville to Seattle), so basically 3 hrs for 3 winers and a distillery. This was the first time I had ever done anything like this and thought that the guide would make sure we were on time to our desintations and to get back home. This wasn't the case and we ended up an hour late getting back home, which we were charged for. I understand a charge because we went over an hour but it would have been nice if he could have pointed out we had a schedule to keep to and helped move people from place to place. When I complained to the billing person I got no response back. Next time we'll just visit the wineries on our own. read more

The bus (Mercedes Sprinter) was perfect for your golf road-trip with 11 folks onboard. Well, Stuart did show up at noon, but not in the limo I was expecting. It was even BETTER - a sexy van with room to stand and walk to your seat. (Just don't try to stick your head out of the sunroof--it's frowned upon). Stuart was amazing. He was clearly knowledgeable about wine, was friends with all of the winery staff, and could ask just a few questions and know exactly which place he should take us to next. But he wasn't all business, snickering at our weird lady talk without even blushing. Butler has a relationship with a lot of the wineries in Woodinville so I have had many experiences with the valet guys, mostly at JM where it's valet only and at Novelty-Hill Januik for their big wine events. It is both convenient (because it's valet, duh) and disappointing (untrained valet guys) all that the same time. Now, I am a valet kinda girl, but I don't consider the Butler valet guys actual valets, more like trained monkies who can run and sort of drive cars. They don't even know the common courtesy of opening the lady's door first (chivalry isn't dead guys) and their instructions of where they want us to park can be completely confusing. Point over there, finger wag over here, like, um, ok? Why don't you just come take my car and park it for me so I can go stick my nose into some delicious wine. read more

Hired Butler to organize a day of sightseeing & wine tours in Seattle in August for a Bachelorette. Reached out in April to the company & was paired with one of the tour coordinators (happy to provide the name if asked - do NOT work with her!). She said we had "plenty of time" to design a tour between April & August - one of the reasons I reached out this early was because I know wine tours can be booked quickly on weekends in August but the company did not seem concerned. MONTHS passed & I had to keep reminding her - finally slightly over a month before the event the itinerary was completed & it turns out the tour coordinator LIED. I didn't quit trust her so I reached out to Chateau Ste. Michelle directly to confirm our booking - turns out it DID NOT EXIST, & moreover the winery was closing early that day so would not have been able to accommodate a booking at the time we were told by Butler! This was the last straw & finally we began working directly with the Manager. Unfortunately we had already put down a considerably deposit, otherwise I would've switched companies right then. That's not all - on the day of, our vehicle driver told us the wrong meeting place for one of the wineries & we ended up missing the tour of the winery we were supposed to have.
