We got a stretch Hummer for an hour and half, at a very reasonable price. I was nervous about them not showing up, because of other reviews. So I kept in contact throughout the week and day of. Our driver T was super sweet, personable and professional. This was a very positive experience for my daughter's 15th birthday. I might have to do this every year now! Tips for booking a reservation: It seems that their website reservation request form and email is not a good way to get in touch with them. I called a couple of other services to book a stretch LIMO - not a bus for up to 20 people. One guy answered and a baby was crying in the background. Then I remembered, they were the company that no-showed on us last Christmas. Then I called another service but 3 days later I still had not received an email confirmation. And BOTH of these companies, the guys argued with me after I wanted to make sure they have the correct insurance and their drivers are licensed with a CDL, I referenced what just happened in New York where 22 people died. BOTH of these guys told me, that stuff only happens in the movies! Really? Because it just happened in REAL life. MAKE SURE YOU READ THE REVIEWS!! I only rent limos for the kid's birthdays who are 9 and 12. It was great to be able to dump 18 kids in a stretch escalade and have the service take them to their party and back. It saved on the parents having to coordinate. they provide free glasses and ice so you can bring your own drinks etc.. no food. I really don't have much else to compare with but the cars are relatively new and the drivers have been very accommodating. I rented a Limo for a group of 18 friends for a bachelorette party. It was great and they were able to do this for the 2 hrs we needed! I booked the Escalade because I really did NOT want a Hummer. The day of the rental they called me and said they had to switch to the Hummer because of mechanical issues. I was bummed about this but it turned out alright. All in all, it was a great first limo experience for me. My girlfriends and I had a great time. I was expecting a driver with a hat and suit but the guy came super casual. Which is totally fine! The driver was on time and drove us around to some great Seattle stops. The limo was clean visually but the limo smelled REALLY strong of cat pee. We rolled with it though and laughed about it. We weren't able to communicate with the driver during the ride because the phone didn't work? So we had to bang on the window! Beforehand, I had a really hard time communicating with the office. They were super delayed with getting back to me on everything and I had to be really persistent (and probably annoying). I'd call and they'd say they'd call me back on something and I had to call them back a week later to get the answer I needed. I bought a deal voucher on yelp and read all the fine print. At first they weren't sure they were going to honor it, but eventually did (phew!). In the end we all had a great time and it was a memorable experience! My wife scheduled Amys limo to pick us up for our wedding night to take us from the venue to our hotel. We made and paid for our reservation, and Amy said our limo would be there 20 minutes before our send off. I became a little nervous when Amy texted my wife 2 days before our wedding asking us what day it was again, but based on the positive yelp reviews I decided to keep the reservation. My wife planned a send off for us with everyone holding sparklers as we made our way to the limo and she had been really excited for it, and bought special sparklers for our guests. The limo never showed up, but the worst part was no one even bothered to call us to say they couldn't make it. We had to call Amys limo to see what was going on and there answer was "oh something happened." They offered to send another one that would have arrived 45 minutes after everything was broken down and everyone was gone. We didn't feel like waiting by ourselves in an empty parking so we told Amy not to bother, and we ended up just getting a ride from one of the bridesmaid's. My wife was so excited for the big finale of our sparkler send off to a limo and that was ruined. Weddings are incredibly important and special to the people involved and if a company takes on the responsibility to be a part of that experience they should make it more of a priority. read more

Wow - I was so disappointed especially given the 4.5 rating with 35+ reviews. I should have known from the mediocre interaction on the phone when I reserved. The driver arrived early - that was good. But other than that he was not good with knowing directions, the best way to get places, etc. He took routes that were just not smart given our planned stops. We got married in the Space Needle and were staying in a hotel less than a mile away. Our reception was also at the Space Needle, so it was just the two of us who needed a ride. I used Amy's airport limo service and received a quote for $125 each way from Mukilteo to SeaTac for an 8 passenger stretch limo. I was picked up in Mukilteo a nicer sedan but sub Uber X level. I was picked up from SeaTac in a filthy which Chrysler 300 with trash in the door and on the floor. Based on the good reviews I was very surprised. From start to finish Amy was awesome to deal with. She was very helpful and friendly through emails to help my wife and I figure out what we would need, and just giving us information in general. We were picked up from the Holland America cruise terminal on 5/20/12 for limo service to just cruise about the Seattle area ultimately being dropped off at the airport to come home in Southern California. Being that it was our first time in Seattle, my wife and I really didn't know much about where we should go, or what we should see. There was nothing to worry about in the hands of Amy. She helped make our experience a good one. The one thing on our agenda was to stop by Bruce Lee's final resting place and pay respects as well as take a picture or two. It was no easy task maneuvering through the small paved roads in the cemetery, however Amy did so with ease. She took us to see some nice sites, and even chatted with us about what we were seeing and just kept it very friendly which we liked. We have been using Amy's for years and had recommended them to several friends. That said, the last two times we attempted to use them, they forgot to pick us up. The first time they wound up sending an Uber driver even though they said that "one of their drivers was in the area" and then never apologized. I hired Amy's Party bus for my daughter and her friends for Prom. They picked the group up all the way in Black Diamond and drove them to downtown Seattle. Although he said he couldn't pick them up at the agreed time the kids said it was fine as they were ready to go earlier anyway. So he picked them back up at 10:30(Instead of the agreed upon midnight.) and drove them back to Black Diamond. The driver was super nice and the kids had an awesome time! The delayed responses were a tad annoying but I can be like a bad rash that doesn't go away. I would think that this company would have someone manning the phones, or an answering service 24-7. Hired for my wedding day, and it was terrible. Despite having spoken with Amy a few times the day before to confirm all arrangements, driver was 20 minutes late because he couldn't "find" our place, we were standing outside waiting for him. My sister flagged him down, but the driver disregarded her instructions to find us and got stuck down a long driveway he had to back out of. He then complained to us about how the limo cannot make turns--what are we supposed to do with that information?? NO apologies for being late. Amy called me to tell me traffic was bad, and that we needed to have one of my bridesmaids sit up front and give the driver directions to the wedding location...Am I paying you $170 to give directions? Should have anyway because the driver went a crazy way within Seattle to go pick up my friends from a nearby location, and made us another 10 minutes late. Radio didn't work in the limo--are you kidding me? Got to wedding location 40 minutes later than planned-- already super stressed out and received a nasty text on my cell phone from Amy "In the future our limos will not go down a dirt road" Sorry, but I'm getting married on a farm--should we have gotten out of the car and walked the last half mile?? Was that text really necessary on my wedding day? Looked up rates online, http://amyslimo.com/prices/ looks like i got overcharged. Worst night ever. I get that most where drunk, but still not everyone was. We got charged for things we had no need to get charged for. They arrived late, because they where arguing with us because they couldn't give us the limo they promised. At that point, it should have been a red flag, but we where all looking forward for this night. When we tried calling them about the extra money they took out of our account they ignored our calls. I reserved a limousine from Amy's on December 8. They suggested we reserve the white limo with wing doors. We needed it for wedding dress shopping on December 27 from 10:00-5:00. I was quoted $700 including the tip. The morning of the 27th I called at 9:00 to confirm they would be at my house at 10:00. I got a recording. When no one called back to confirm we called 3 more times. No one answered. We finally left my house in my vehicle at 10:15 as we had an appointment in Seattle at 11:00. Amy's finally called at 10:30 saying the limo broke down and could they meet us in Seattle. No they could not. What would we do with my car? I haven't heard from them since. I rented a 9 person white stretch limo for my daughter and her group of friends for prom. I must have called Zach (manager ) about a thousand times just to make sure everything was ok he was incredibly patient with me and very pleasant. Delia was the driver and she was amazing. She arrived 10 minutes early. The group arrived on time to dinner and she even did a pit stop for them. We used Amy's Limousine Service for a group of 18 kids to go to Prom. We were not concerned about drinking at all, but thought putting 18 kids in a limo was safer than 18 kids on the road. Amy's Limo was hired to provide a Cadillac Escalade for my son's 21st birthday to take a group down to the Seattle bars for a night of fun. We reserved the limo a couple months in advance with a required deposit. We spoke with Amy's Limo the day before the event to pay the balance due and confirm we were set for Friday night from 8 pm to 3 am. The night started off with my son calling and asking where the limo was at 8:10 pm. I called Amy's and spoke with Zach the manager. Zach was very nice but did not know why the limo was not there and had to call the driver to see what was going on. When Zach called back he was frantic and apologized profusely, promised a full refund and said that there was a mix up by the driver and he thought the event wasn't until the following day. (All of my paperwork and confirmations had the correct date and time). Zach then spent some time trying to get a driver/limo out to pick up the boys and, to make a long story short, a party bus (not a stretch escalade) was sent out and the boys were picked up just before 10 pm. We were also assured that since they were 2 hours late for the pick up that they could keep the party bus for an additional 2 hours. Now given that Zach did everything he could to make sure the group was able to make it into Seattle for some fun and that I was promised a full refund, I figured that was fine. But upon speaking to my son the following day I discovered that the bad situation was actually made worse by their experience with the party bus and its driver. To start off, the bus was not clean and looked to have come from a previous party. The ride down for the most part went fine but when they were dropped off at their first location at 11:15 the driver informed them that he needed to go switch the party bus for a smaller one. He left the group at the bar and was gone for an hour and a half. When the driver returned he saw a few of the group members outside and informed them that it was time to go and if everyone wasn't on the bus he would leave them there. So the group hurried out and was taken to the 2nd bar of the evening. Once again when the driver saw a couple of the group members outside at last call (not closing) he told them it was time to go or he would leave them. The group had one more destination they wanted to go to which was a waterfront park and they were able to have a bit of fun there before it was time to head for home. Now you would think that really nothing else could go wrong from here, but that was not the case. On the way home they needed to swing off the freeway 2 times to drop off people. Each location was only a 10 minute delay. But the driver wanted to drop both of the people off at one location. After arguing with the driver that he needed to stop at both locations the driver refused and said if you don't get off here I am taking back to the original location which was much further. So they both got of there and dealt with it. That brings us to a close of the party bus experience as the rest of the group was returned to the original location at 3:30 am which was well before the extended time that Zach had told us they could have. Now you would think that after all of this Zach was true to his word and gave us a full refund, but I was informed when I called Zach on Tuesday after I had not heard from Amy who was supposed to call me over the weekend. That Amy had decided that we will not be getting a full refund and she will refund $790 and keep $500 for her expenses. Zach also said that Amy was on vacation and would give me a call on Thursday when she returned from her vacation to discuss the awful service we received and to provide an explanation on why she has decided that a full refund is not happening. Well today is Friday and I did receive the refund of $790 but no call from Amy. Now as I have written this I ask myself... do I really feel that I should get a full refund and really... I don't know. I did not ask for a full refund or anything but was told repeatedly by Zach during the heat of the moment on Friday night and on a follow up call on Saturday when I reported the awful bus and driver "don't worry we will give you a full refund".
