It was really, really dirty. I don't know the last time that her ceiling fans were cleaned. Jenn scheduled the cleaning and sent out the crew. The crew was amazing! Professional, prompt, easy to talk to, and they worked hard. They did an amazing job! That is why I use them at my house!
