Admiral was just at my house and WOW! I've used various carpet cleaning services several times and i NEVER experienced anything like this before! Top notch! Admir is so kind, professional, easy to talk to, he keeps asking that you are satisfied. He is the only person who has ever cleaned my carpets who actually moved my sofa and other furniture around and cleaned behind and underneath! NO smelly shampoo! He takes his time! Every other service I have used is done in 10 minutes or less! He was here for 2 hours! He is the best of the best! And BTW Yelp, this review is REAL and not fake!!!! You need to get his other reviews back to being visible and not hidden!!!!!! The fact that Yelp has put ALL of his reviews hidden makes me wonder if possibly they are discriminating against this man and his company because he is a immigrant!!!! We purchased our living room set about 15 years ago, and were trying to decide whether to replace the couch or have it cleaned. It was a quality couch and the fabric was still good, but the arms were stained. The 14' x 10' wool area rug was bought at the same time, and had a few stains, especially in the area commonly used walking in and out. We decided to try and clean it first and called Admiral Steam Cleaning. Admir asked for dimensions and gave us a price right away. Since we were home all weekend, he fit us into the schedule and texted a half hour ahead as promised. On arrival, Admir explained the process and got to work right away. The difference is amazing - the couch and rug look brand new. I'd gotten a few quotes, Admiral Steam Cleaning was in the middle of the 3, very reasonable. Admir was personable, careful, and he did a wonderful job! The estimated quote was fair; Admir kept me posted on his estimated arrival time; and he worked efficiently and quickly. Our carpets weren't horrible, but needed a professional cleaning. Admir explained his process and what I could expect as the carpet (and my couch) dried. I waited a couple of days to post this review to see if any stains showed up after the carpet was dry and so far, so good! Nothing came back. I don't know why his reviews here are hidden, and that's partly why I included him to get an estimate. I had my carpets cleaned by Admiral Steam Cleaning last week. The owner Admir cleaned my carpets and did a fabulous job. He took his time to make sure the job was done right and to my satisfaction. He lifted furniture and put them on blocks and also did the inside of my closets. I was very happy with the job he did. And while he was here, he mentioned that he can also clean my kitchen tiles and grout. I decided to let him clean the tiles also. WOW WOW!! What a difference!! The amount of dirt that Came off my tiles was incredible! My tiles and grout look amazing! My 13 year old floors look brand new now. What an AMAZING service, if you need your carpets cleaned I HIGHLY recommend! My fiancé and I just bought a house & needed the upstairs steamed cleaned consisting of 3 rooms, a hallway and the staircase. Admiral arrived on time and made sure to get into protective gear before entering my home. I was really impressed with the change in my 20 yr old sofa, especially the arms which had been deeply stained while kids were growing up. It was a well built expensive sofa without any other signs of wear, so now looks brand new. Service was done on time, and done really well. Admir is a true professional and perfectionist! He replied quickly to my request for a quote, found time for me within a couple of days, and communicated on the day of about arrival time.
