We then needed our kitchen sink and faucet replaced and they came out within a couple days of requesting an appt. We have used David both times and it has been a pleasure to work with him. He is personable as well as let us know issues that could arise with install and when to call them again. He cleaned up after himself and took all of the garbage with him which was a plus in my book! Vincent and his team came back, did a terrible job repairing the ceiling damage and never fully caulked the toilet which caused it to rock. We fixed it ourselves and let the issue go. One year later the toilet that was installed is being replaced and Vincent and his company are unreachable including his scheduler Vicky. If you hear the names Vicky or Vincent attached to plumbing service in Middle TN, do yourself a favor and run (like our toilet). Complete rip off.
