She's always been very thorough, thoughtful, compassionate and educational. She is a pillar in the community and I even saw her when I was out for some live music at the motherlode! I really couldn't be happier and no vet has made more of an impression on me. All of the nurses are lovely and when I recently had to put my old dog down, they all wrote me a letter that I am still carrying with me in my car. Thank you for all of your care and dedication to the health and wellbeing of my fur babies. Atlas was strong and silly until the very end. We are so grateful for you and you will not be forgotten

The owners live on site and are actively involved with the operations. We've been attending doggy daycare for 1.5 years with Guardian Kennels and have worked with the same staff the entire time. Guardian Kennels not only treats our dog well, but it appears they treat their staff well too. To retain quality staff is quite an accomplishment as working with animals (and their humans) isn't an easy job. There is so much more to caring for animals than just the fun parts of playing with them. Staff are continuously cleaning while caring for the animals and managing pick ups and drop offs. Dogs get quality time outside and are grouped by size and energy level to ensure safety and allow all dogs big or small to have a good time. When they are inside they have individual kennels. Very well run operation. Highly recommend their services.

Many were full along with Pawliday Inn but TJ squeezed me in understanding my situation. Most of the time Eisenhower comes back from boarding kind of withdrawn, very clingy, like it wasn't an ideal experience. This time he was happy to see me but when he got home he was happy, normal, and curled up and slept. He was worn out from healthy play and fun. His eyes bright and happy. The facility isn't flashy but it's clean, the dogs pack up to play but each pup has an individual area for feeding so animal safety is important. That's about the only time dogs will fight is at feeding time. The entire facility is clean inside and out. I return here every year to ski and Eisenhower will see TJ and Pawliday Inn when I have leave town briefly.

I called to check availability and ask some questions about their kennel and also asked if I could tour the facility. Julie was extremely friendly and accommodating in having me come by and see their place. The kennel area is very clean, no kennel smell, and there were lots of pet toys and blankets. She made a point of letting me know that they live on site, so they can usually meet for pick up/drop off outside normal hours if needed, which was part of the problem I had across the road. I picked the dogs up after the trip and Julie went over how everything went with their stay and the dogs were very happy and healthy looking. I will definitely be going back for years to come. They're super emotionally supportive and genuinely care about the person/people who have passed on as well as their family and friends. Extremely comforting and always go the extra mile. A dear friend of mine had passed away and his family was struggling financially even before their loved one had passed away and especially seeing as their loved ones wasn't known to have any medical issues prior to their passing the family didn't exactly have the time needed to plan a funeral and when you're already struggling just to keep a roof over you and your children's head and food on the table while now having to grieve and then find a way to make a funeral. WOW just WOW but this funeral parlor was so understanding about everything and offered the family a payment plan even though they didn't exactly have perfect credit. They also helped the family create a GoFundMe account to help not only cover the service but to help the grieving family raise money to help cover their cost of living as well. Everyone I know gave money to help out because we were made aware of the situation which wouldn't have been something any of us would have been aware of had they not helped the family by creating that GoFundMe account and then posting the link to the obituary and the funeral home Facebook page, they even helped the family emotionally by pointing them in the right direction towards therapy because they understood that emotionally the family would benefit from it. They made sure that the service really reflected the person who died by playing their favorite song and requesting that everyone attending wear something that reminds them of their late loved one and the family and friends were also given the chance to view the one who passed on which wouldn't have been possible had the service been held somewhere else because our loved one was in a brutal and I mean brutal shape and needed way more than just make-up but essentially needed their entire face rebuilt from the neck up but they we're able to fix him up in such a way that you'd never know what happened. Just looked like they're sleeping is all and anyone with a pet that loved our deceased loved was allowed to bring them to the service so the animals could express their grief and pay their respects as well. A great Dane attended, two German shepherds and a cat named Toby we're all there to say goodbye...yes their humans dressed them for the occasion which definitely helped distract us from our pain and suffering because let's face it dogs wearing ball gowns and tuxedos is hilarious and a chunky cat wear khaki pants with a matching vest and a bolo tie is just beyond words funny. Every woman who went to the funeral was praying their mascara didn't run while all the men who attended we're hoping to be supportive of everyone around them while they're passing the tissues but instead of anyone crying....we we're all laughing. Again big dogs and a chunky cat all wearing fancy clothes and everyone going around the room to share a funny moment with everyone in the room clearly wasn't going to be a sob fest anyway but this funeral parlor made sure they allowed for everything the family wanted for their late loved ones final send off. I've never seen such an amazing funeral in my life.
