After being frustrated on the phone for 30 minutes, I let ONE cuss word slip and that was used as an excuse to not provide customer service going forward. The moment you upset one person in this company, they use that as a reason to no longer provide quality customer service. I will continue to add to my review as I see fit seeing as how reviews intimidate this company. I have made over $2,000 in repairs out of pocket in the last 18 months of my contract. This is not a quality car and the company will not stand behind their warranty or satisfaction guarantee. I just want my car to be safe and drive safe. I don't want to fear putting my family in this car. My car has needed service since day one when the transmissions lines rotted out and leaked all the fluid out. *** If you want to be lied to and treated like a criminal even though you made all your payments on time, buy here!
