I contacted Kate needing a set of lashes I'd had put on in NYC removed - I'd moved, it had been too long, I needed to try a different system and find my go-to place in the Boston area. One of Kate's staff expertly and patiently removed the prior set and a day or so later after hiding in the house with no lashes, Kate applied a flawless set of individual lashes for me. I'm a firm believer in go big or go home - so I opted for the set with the most lashes and volume and length lol. But the great thing is, had I wanted something more natural Kate offers a full range of lashes - some with more of of a curl to them, others in different lengths and thicknesses so you can truly customize the look your achieve at this salon, and it's amazing. Unlike the previous lash bar I went to Kate also offers different glues - the one I opted for is waterproof, oil proof and keeps my lashes damn near perfect so long as I keep my 2 week fill appointment (everyone is different, I beat mine up so 2 weeks is my optimum fill time lol) The location is easy to find, easy to park at, and it's well appointed - it's chic, comfortable and the staff at the Lash Studio are not only friendly and accommodating but really carefully trained - lets face it, you don't want just anyone near your eyes with glue and a pair of tweezers. I understand that so many people are concerned about price-point, but if you want the best looking lashes in Boston, this in my opinion, is the only place to come to. It is immaculately clean, the staff are all knowledgeable and a stress is put on keeping the health of the lashes underneath - Kate's dedication to her business and craft really shows. Jess quickly went to work and fixed my lashes in such a short amount of time. I now know to contact her beforehand if I think there may be any issues i.e. if I had to get an emergency fill else where, less than 40% of my lashes left before coming in for a fill (she may need extra time for situations like this), both of which happened to me.
