Horrible experience. I booked an eyebrow design and was shown to a chair facing the window of a busy downtown street. This felt very odd and not relaxing to be sitting in a chair next to people walking by outside, looking in as I had what is supposed to be a very private, and personal treatment. Anastasia waxed my brows into skinny, thin strips despite my requesting just a simple clean up, and that I wanted to keep my brows in a natural shape. Staff also don't speak English very well, which is always a gamble when trying to communicate a desired outcome for your appearance. I am so disappointed to have skinny brows that will take months to grow back. Avoid this unprofessional place. read more

She is so sweet, made me feel super comfortable with her, & she literally did my eyebrows PERFECTLY (seriously they look SO real). Booked an appointment online on Wednesday for Friday night at 6 pm. Got a text from them at 11:30 asking if I could come at 3:30 because the technician had a cancellation (according to the booking, Julia was going to be my technician). I said I unfortunately couldn't make 3:30 since I work until 5. They asked me to rebook for the following day instead (Saturday) but I'm going to Maine and leaving first thing in the morning. I said that if they needed to cancel the appointment I understand (thinking that there may have been an emergency or something). So they said "we apologize for the situation, can you rebook next week?" And I agreed to because, again, I thought there was some type of emergency. It is partly my fault for offering to rebook and assuming there was an emergency...BUT, it's 6:32 and I just saw that the technician posted to her Instagram that she was working on a different client. Unfortunately, I don't agree with cancelling one client for another and will not be attempting to rebook. read more

This place is ridiculous and I have never dealt with a place like this. I had gotten a full set of lashes in Texas and was getting them filled in Texas over the summer. After returning home I set up an appointment with this boutique so I would have a place here at home to get refills. I scheduled online and appointment was booked. Then, I get a text saying they don't refill from other places????? I have never heard that and they tried to get me to pay $200 for a full set which I don't need after a week and half from my last refill. To conduct business this way is completely unprofessional. If that is your policy then you need to be upfront and put it on your website. Text a possible customer and try and get them to spend $200 when I was planning only for $60 because they think they are the only people that can do lashes?? I saw Alexa a week ago for my microblading procedure. I had wanted to get this done for a long time and finally took the plunge. I am so glad I did. My expectations were realistic and I am over 40. My new brows definitely open up my eyes and make me look younger. It's been a confidence booster for me. A number of people that I have come across since all want to know who and where. She texted me the aftercare and told me a number of times not to hesitate contacting her if anything came up. She is outstanding and I am looking forward to my follow up already. Price is reasonable. They do have a cancellation policy with money tied to it but I think that is another reasonable expectation.... these ladies are putting a large time investment in with appointments. As stated in my original post, the brow tinting and brow design is fantastic. My update is due to how my microblading turned out. My brows look horrendous and I cannot wait for this to fade off. The color was originally wonderful. Once my brows fully healed the color turned a disgusting gray that I can't cover even with makeup. The strokes are literally odd looking lines throughout my brows that don't match my hair at all. They are also WAY outside of my natural brow despite repeatedly telling the woman that I did not want to go outside of my hairline. This is so disappointing and such a huge waste of money. My advice to the business is to offer a consult or test the color to make sure it will stay properly prior to going through the entire process. The woman who did my brows didn't listen to my concerns and now I have to wait for this to fade off of my face. My brows were so much better before this process. Save yourself the money and just get your brows tinted. read more

Just came from asking to speak with someone about micro blading. Sat for 15 minutes to discuss and when getting ready to leave was told I owe $30 for the "consult"!! SERIOUSLY??! This was my first time at Lash Boutique. I decided to make an appointment online. I have longer lashes so I decided to get the keratin lash lift. In hind sight I really should have called and talked to someone since I really didn't know what I was doing. So I do suggest you call/stop in and chat with an associate. I got lucky that my eyelashes are long enough for the treatment. Everyone that worked there was very nice. I showed up about 10 minutes early. There are some papers you need to fill out. My technician was Yana. She was so nice and made me very comfortable. The entire process took about 45 minutes. Everything was clean and neat. The rooms where they do the procedures are nice and quiet, the chairs are comfortable with pillow, knee pillow and a soft blanket. Yana even asked me if I needed a blanket if I was cold. It was a hot day. So I was just fine. I couldn't be happier with the results. My lashes look amazing. So full. Long and dark. It looks like I have perfect mascara and thick thick lashes. I highly recommend this place and will be going back in the future. read more

I was going here regularly since August. I had a fill appt scheduled 3 weeks after my last which I wanted to reschedule for the following week (Reason 1: crazy December calendar 2: my lashes were hanging on strong and didn't need a fill...which is great, right?) BUT they refused to reschedule me, saying that I would need a full set after 4 weeks. What?! I asked why. They said they would need to take off what was still there and redo the full set. Seems so wasteful. My lashes looked good. I actually prefer them less full because they look more natural. The girl I spoke with on the phone was rude and could not be bothered as if they were the only place that does them. I chose this place out of convenience. Extensions were new for me and so I had no prior experience with them or lash services. I'm really glad she turned me away because I found a great place and woman who does a phenomenal job! This place is horrible. They have absolutely no compassion for people. I have been a loyal customer for over a year. I was happy with the results. I had an appointment and needed to cancel it because my sister had passed away that morning. I called the minute they opened and explained why I had to cancel my afternoon appointment. They charged me 50.00 for the missed appointment. I went there to talk to them and was told it is their policy and they would not change it. I asked to speak to the owner. They called the owner and spoke to her in a foreign language so I would not be able to understand what was said. I was told she didn't have time to talk to me. This whole experience was disgusting. Got my lips done with the hyaluronic pen here last October. Was nervous and thought it would be a nice alternative to lip injections seeing as I don't like needles. The experience was lovely, the staff did made me feel comfortable. I loved the way my lips looked all plump. Immediately following my appointment I had several small bumps all over my lips that felt like small pebbles. I was told this was normal and with some massaging they would go away within a few weeks or so. It's now June and they have yet to go away. I had an appointment with another med spa this afternoon and paid $325 to get them dissolved. The nurse informed me that initially bumps ARE normal but they should not last more than a week or two and was shocked at how my lips looked 8 months later still covered in bumps. Long story short I will not be returning to get the pen again seeing as it cost me more money in the long run. Just skip it and go for the injections at a reputable med spa! read more

I had been going to lash boutique for 7 months with no issues but, now will never go back! I started out with Karina and she did a good job and was always very professional. I have absolutely no issues with her! I would actually recommend her if she wasn't affiliated with this business!!! Here's where it went wrong..... One day, I had to reschedule an appointment and ended up with Anna (Karina was off) Anna really made my lashes look amazing so, I went back to her again! Although Anna was somewhat rude and extremely unprofessional during my appointment she talked and laughed in Russian with her friend who was sitting in the room with us the entire time! I did like the lashes so, figured it really was no big deal. A few weeks later, my son ended up in the emergency room in Boston with pneumonia. He has asthma so, that made him a little sicker. I had a lash appt at 2pm that day. I called at 9:30am to cancel, no one answered so left a msg. Called back at 11:30am because I felt bad I was canceling, wanted to make sure they got the message and wanted to reschedule. Anna, who I had the appointment with happened to answer. I explained my situation, apologized and asked her if I could come the next day. She was extremely rude, told me I had to pay $30 to cancel. I told her I wanted to reschedule. Not cancel. still being as rude as she could told me that was the policy. Now, there is no policy on their website or posted in the salon about a $30 fee. I rescheduled once before which is how I ended up with her. I told her this as well as I had been a customer there for 7 months. I rescheduled once prior to this! She sold me she would have the manager call me back. The alleged manager did call me back ( I think it was just one of the other girls) she told me she could waive the fee this one time and said we will "let" you come back at 3:15 tomorrow with Maria. I asked why not Anna? She told me Anna doesn't want you back if you dont pay her $30! I then told them sorry, I am not going to beg you to do my lashes. There are a million lash places out there. This is bad business and I will never return. She laughed and said "ok"! I will never go back! I have found a new place which does a much better job!!! read more

At the time I booked, there was a 2 month wait for an appointment for brow microblading with Alexa. It was worth the wait: she's highly skilled, listened to my expectations and carefully explained the process and after care. It turned out that there were concerns about microblading being the best choice for me, so she did a shadow effect, which turned out beautiful. I was thankful that this was not a 'one size fits all' situation. The salon itself is comfortable, pristine and spa-like. I definitely recommend and look forward to going back. read more

I asked if they could be so generous and forgive me this one time for canceling not 24 hours in advanced, but instead I got yelled at, by the unprofessional receptionist. I will say this place is very clean and the girls here are very professional and seem well trained. I've seen eyelash extensions from this place and they look incredible. So after reading reviews (which not many on microblading eyebrows) and doing some researching I decided to try microblading. I wish there were more reviews on this regarding those of us with very sparse eyebrows and not much going on there. The girl drew them on and I already didn't agree with them but she just kept saying trust me trust me...and so I did. I hated them from the start but after reading more about them i decided to go back for my touch up about 4 weeks later and again the girl didn't truly listen to my concerns and made them worse. It has been 2 months now and I hate them. I cannot even color them in right with makeup they look so fake. And they're not fading at all which stinks for me I guess. So for those of you who have barely anything, be careful where they draw those lines on..you will totally notice the difference ..id say they're great for those who have eyebrows and just want them darker! I was unhappy with my experience at Lash Boutique (Hyannis). I had a Keratin Lash Lift. I made a special trip there before booking, so an associate could look at my lashes prior to treatment. Due to a medical condition, my lashes don't grow well. I have been consistently using a growth serum, and it has helped. I wasn't sure if my lashes were long enough yet for this process. Two technicians looked at my lashes in the sunlight, and though they said one eye had much shorter lashes than the other, I "definitely could have the Lash Lift." I asked if it would make a difference, and they both enthusiastically said "oh yes." Well, I now have one eye that looks pretty good, not amazing- and one that looks like nothing at all happened. Yes, it looks weird. I truly wish these professionals had told me to keep using the serum and come back when my lashes were a bit longer. This seems dishonest and misleading. They also both kind of put the pressure on me together to: get lash extensions and get eyebrow threading- when I came in specifically asking about the Lash Lift. I feel I wasted my $100.00 for sure, and they did not win me over as a repeat customer. My technician seemed to do a good job (on one eye), but she was the one who initially looked at my lashes and said they would be fine, so not happy. Also- the receptionist at the main building is really unfriendly, unhelpful, and should not be the first person potential customers encounter!! Also, nothing is explained to you before or during the procedure, so it is uncomfortable not knowing what's going on- your eyes are shut the entire time. read more

This is one of my favorite places ever and I drive almost 2 hours one way here just to get my services done because they are THAT good. The salon is easy to get to, friendly, clean, and has a very relaxing atmosphere. Alexa M. Has been doing microblading with shading to the eyebrows for a while as well as having an aesthetics license and extensive background in the field. She is a diamond in the rough! She's a well qualified, professional, and clean artist who is so knowledgeable about everything brows and skin!!! I was super anxious/nervous about pain, expectations, and all the normal things to be nervous about before tattooing my face! Alexa made me feel super calm, spent a lot of time educating and answering questions and took her time with the procedure. She also followed up with me when I left the salon to check on the healing process. At first, I sat up and was shocked at how dark my brows were and I felt I looked a little crazy. Alexa assured me to TRUST THE HEALING PROCESS! And oh my gosh I'm so glad I listened to her. I was extremely diligent with after care and went back today (6 weeks later) for my touch up of microblading and shading. I almost cried with how amazing they look after they have healed and now been touched up. If you're considering getting your eyebrows microbladed alone or adding on shading to them you should definitely do it. It's a little painful and uncomfortable which is totally normal. Having maintenance free brows is every girls dream. I couldn't be happier with the work I received!! Everyone from front desk to the owner is so nice and welcoming. Their booking process is very easy as well and they get in touch with you to clarify or assist you with your booking needs.
