It doesn't matter if the " lashes are too heavy" the lash tech should determine that and know not to put on if my natural lashes can't hold it! I don't know if the glue and lashes have changed to cheapen the cost but something has! They don't just start to fall out , out of the blue after a few days! I am shocked that money is more Important to the owner than retaining her long time loyal customer! I will find a place to spend my $ that actually cares!!! To tell a customer " you can come in and pay $75 to have them fixed is absurd! My Response: I already told you I was going elsewhere Lauren. You know how much $ I've spent in past 2 years at your business. I'm really surprised at how it was handled. If my husband does a job and the door knob falls off he doesn't " charge " an absurd fee to fix it" he wants his clients to be happy. A few minutes later a person came out and said I can come in. I walked in and she asked that I wash my hands in the ladies room - done. Then I walked in and she did a temperature check on me. Then she asked me a few health questions and then I was all set to get my hair done. I have NO problem with going through those steps. This is my first time getting my hair done since this pandemic started. I was wearing a neck gator and they gave me a regular mask so she could do my hair and I could still wear a mask. This was my first time in this salon, it was very clean and neat. Kim did a great job on coloring my hair and a great blow dry! Not everyone does a great job when blow drying my wavy hair - she did!
