It doesn't matter if the " lashes are too heavy" the lash tech should determine that and know not to put on if my natural lashes can't hold it! I don't know if the glue and lashes have changed to cheapen the cost but something has! They don't just start to fall out , out of the blue after a few days! I am shocked that money is more Important to the owner than retaining her long time loyal customer! I will find a place to spend my $ that actually cares!!! To tell a customer " you can come in and pay $75 to have them fixed is absurd! My Response: I already told you I was going elsewhere Lauren. You know how much $ I've spent in past 2 years at your business. I'm really surprised at how it was handled. If my husband does a job and the door knob falls off he doesn't " charge " an absurd fee to fix it" he wants his clients to be happy. This is my first time getting my hair done since this pandemic started. I was wearing a neck gator and they gave me a regular mask so she could do my hair and I could still wear a mask.
