The staff is very friendly and I was serviced right away! I went during the week and it was slow, which I prefer over a busy nail salon. I got my nails done for my bday on the 9th, and about a week later, the nails are lifting from the corners, and on my left hand my nails underneath have separated from the acrylic. I usually keep one set of acrylics on for up to 3 weeks, but I'll have to have these redone sooner rather than later. Nails are too expensive these days for them to not last long. read more

I came here for a Mani Pedi. I explained to them that I had an appointment in an hour and they said that was not a problem! I was promptly seated in a very comfortable pedicure chair. Justin promptly began preparing my feet. Tony then came and began preparing my hands. I have rheumatoid arthritis and Tony was oh so gentle and never hurt me. Justin massaged my feet and lower legs in such a relaxing fabulous manner. This salon serves beverages while you are being taken care of, which is a very nice option. The price is pretty good, I've paid more for a mani-pedi at other places than I paid here. I liked that the employees were all paying attention to their patrons, and not talking to each other in another language, which happens at most salons, but not here. I liked that I was treated with kindness and respect. Tony even helped put my purse on my shoulder and made sure my nails were dry before I left. Even the front desk gentleman was kind and helped me get my form of payment and my car keys out of my purse so I didn't have to risk ruining my pretty fingernails. I don't know who did my nails today, but she was in a horrible mood from the start. I booked an appointment online - I just needed a fill and replace of a nail I broke. I don't know how I'm supposed to know that different nail salons don't fill another nail salons work - but I totally get it, happy to just pay the removal and full set - especially because I wanted ombré. All was good. The original lady helping me was nice, but couldn't do ombré so they switched me to this other girl. This other girl was in a horrible mood from the start - removing nails is uncomfortable, but she made it worse with the drill up as high as it can go, didn't even give my nails time to soak some so that the old gel could come off easier. Told me to 'do not help me' - when I wasn't helping, I was tense and flinching because she was so rough and rude, I was concerned she'd hit my nail bed. Then told me if I wanted a drink, and 'just watch tv'. Not even worth noting everything - the good thing is that I don't have to come back and she does, to her job she obviously hates have the day you deserve girl. I hope it's crappy. read more

I walked in ask for nails & pedicure. Dude told me 15 min wait. Right as my pedicure was being finished he walked up and told me an hour wait for my nails. At the same time people have walked in & been seated to get nails done. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. I got the mani pedi and the first go around things went great! The pedicure went amazingly and the manicure went decently. Unfortunately, I had a nail chip and when I went back to get it repaired, I did not remember the color so we spent time looking and could not find it. We tried the color that the tech recommended and it was not the color at all, not to mention during the repair the tech and her daughter seemed to be gossiping about me in their language and making comments in English how I should remember next time and giving each other "the look". I wasn't expecting to go back for a repair and I don't normally get my nails done; but I do think that with the technology we have today and my existing profile with them, that it should have been documented somewhere. After some time of no solution and very clear frustration/complaining from the tech, I recommended possibly painting over them to fix the discolor and they charged me for a full paint. I left very unsatisfied. I will not be going back. read more

if you want a relaxing and well-done manicure don't go here. It will astound you how disrespectful and down right horrible the owner's wife is. When I told her the design she did on my nails was not what I asked for (I wanted fire crackers for the 4th and I showed her a picture) and was just a couple of weird lines, she yelled at me and would not adjust the price or redo it. She was yelling at me in front of all the customers when I told her she was being rude. But I had to defend myself. It was so abusive. Rip Off! Do Not Spend Your Money Here! I got my nails done at Butterly Nail Bar. I explained to the receptionist that I had two split nails and she suggested I get Dip Powder ($40) because it would make the nails healthier. I was provided a seat and my technician sat down and began to work. The work was ok and I paid leaving a $20 tip. The next day while out eating my sister noticed that I was missing 2 nails. The following day I went back to Butterfly and showed them that I was missing nails and they had fallen off. The receptionist said I could get it redone. My new technician was very good. She asked if I wanted Dip powder again and I said no I would rather just get gel paint because it was quicker and less harmful to my nails, she agreed. After the session, I again tipped $20 and went to the counter. The receptionist explained that since I got a different service I owed $40. I explained that it was their mistake that I had to come back and he shrugged. They didn't offer me a refund for the bad work. I will never return to this place and will tell everyone of the poor customer service. read more

Every time I went there I would pick out a color for a basic manicure - no gel or dip. When I got outside every color I picked looked very different on my nails and I didn't like it. This past month (September) I went for a mani/pedi and the color I wanted was Aggie maroon but the polish had a purple tint and I despise the color purple. I went back for a polish change for my hands and feet and after getting her to put samples on my nails I was very happy with the color - Aggie maroon. Last night I messed up the polish on my right hand so I made another appointment for 5:30 tonight (October 2) to get a polish change. Thankfully I remembered the color number but Kevin put a base coat on my nails, followed by 3 coats of polish, and then a top coat. I stayed there for at least 30 minutes with a little fan and the lady at the front said I was good to go. I handled everything gingerly but the polish was so thick and gummy my nails had smudges and nicks before I got home . I guess it's time for me to find another salon. read more

Worst nail experience I ever had. Pedicures were good my toe polish is still good. I got my nails done a little early for vacation and 2 days after they were broken and literally were the ugliest nails I've ever had. Before the nail tech finished I asked him to clean the color powder from under my fingertips and he signed and barely cleaned one and left the rest full of color powder. He charged me 15$ extra because he wanted to put shellac over the color powder when I asked for color powder only. Price gouged me and then wouldn't even clean my set. I should have complained before I left but I was already pretty disheartened by the experience. I went back in 4 days after to see if I could get my nails fixed or at least get them taken off and they basically had to make it clear I was paying for the redo before we started and had to show me the date I was here ( 4 days after my first visit) and argue that it's was 5 days lol which it wasn't. I've had nails last for 3 weeks from way cheaper places and they looked way better than this place. To top it off they wouldn't even take off my nails they tried to charge me 15$ lol worst 250$ I've ever spent in my life! Save your time and your money! I got the hot stones pedicure and a regular nature manicure today and both of the techs did outstanding. They took very good care of my feet getting everything I had asked for, and did a relaxing massage. They did a very good job on my hands, cutting down my nails and good cuticle care as well along with a buff. My experience here was really good and would definitely recommend to new people especially my friends. To top it off they make delicious drinks! read more
