It's not something that I would do frequently, but the occasional treat and a little self pampering does wonders for the soul. The front part of the salon was jampacked, but the back portion should wear all the pedicure chairs were just myself and another patron As you might expect, I was the only male in the place other than one male staff member I was able to totally relax. Got a pedicure here recently, and I was not impressed. As soon as I walked in, quite literally the moment ONE foot hit the tile, I'm greeted with a very stiff "Can I help you?". I put my phone number in since I made an appointment, and the owner (I assume) was rushing me. I only wanted basic polish, as I was looking at the selection on the wall, I was rushed more with "did you pick a color?" And then mumbling between each other in their language. When I took too long, the owner (?) told me "let's go, (employee) is waiting for you. I will bring you the book". I wasn't impressed with my pedicure, and I got nicked on my cuticle. The paint was rushed and not even. Between the manager being pushy and the pedicure not being relaxing, I did not leave a tip and I do not plan to ever go back. read more

Inconsistent work and CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS BECAUSE THEY ADD EXTRA CHARGES. I went into signature in July and was OVERCHARGED for a pedicure and gel set I received. The total was $154 which is already super high. I called back and spoke to the owner and she said she would write my information down and the next time I came it would be reduced price. I go back and she doesn't remember me or the conversation. She spends 10 mins on the phone taking another persons appointment and answering questions while I wait. I opened my phone and within seconds found the charge but again she couldn't find me in the system. Initially she offered to knock off $8 and later $20 which was the over charge. I asked for unicorn gel chrome polish. It was an absolutely positively disaster. The tech didn't know how to use the chrome so from 11am to 3pm she took off, drilled and applied, removed , drilled and applied over and over and over again eventually drilling a painful cut into the skin of my toe. I finally couldn't take it anymore and asked them to just stop so that I could leave and go get my son. The tech just painted a coat of white gel and I left. The right foot was ok. The left had a big bubble in the paint so I popped it and the style that wasn't was ruined. After 4 hours I went to the counter and the manager said "just give me $25" like I was doing her a favor. I called on a late Saturday afternoon for a manicure and pedicure, both were accommodated right away. Upon arrival I was greeted at the front desk. The salon is very clean and spacious. Both my manicure and pedicure look great. What took it over the top for me was the customer service. I had to bring my 2 kids under 5 along with me. The staff was beyond accommodating, they offered snacks and drinks and made sure they could be seated next to me. They checked on the kids and myself numerous times and responded friendly when my daughter inquired about their names and asked 50 plus times why they were doing a certain step in the process. From a nail color perspective they have a great selection. Moreover, they have matching dipping powders and gel if that's what you want. Both technicians truly showed great attention to detail and didn't rush through the steps. They really listened in terms of the shape I wanted and showed me a test dip to confirm I liked the color. This place is great! Made an appointment on a Friday for Saturday for 3 people and then called later the same day to add two more people and they made it work. Requested that we all sit together and they made it happen! Ambiance was great, friendly staff, never felt rushed. Once we arrived we were set up in our chairs for our pedicures. We soaked and enjoyed the chair massagers for probably 30 mins (little bit of a long wait, even with appointments), but we didn't mind because the massage was nice and they replaced our water with fresh, warm water and complimentary mimosas and wine. The men in our group went first. Then the women then my 7 year old. They were very accommodating with children also. We had a 7 and 4 year old with us. They offered them juice and chips. We were all very pleased with the length of time and attention we were given. The women also received manicures. We did classic manicures and deluxe pedicures and my mom got the organic deluxe. She really enjoyed the mandarin mango scent she chose for hers. We left very pleased and I will be going back in about 4 weeks to see Chris again for care for my feet! Highly recommend! read more

I been on a hunt for a good consistent nail technician for months now. I stopped by this place to get a brand new set of acrylic nails with gel. Let me start off by saying that I arrived around 1:30pm on a Friday. I was immediately sat which I assumed someone would come to me in the next few minutes but no, I was sitting there for a good 15-20 mins before anyone approached me. The greeter came up to me and started applying aluminum foil around my nails to get my acrylics off so I sat there for a good hour with burning acid around my nails. I was asked if I wanted a drink which I asked for a coke and it was never brought to me. Not until an hour and 20 mins into me being there, someone else started working on my nails. It felt so rushed. My nails looked big and lumpy at the end. On top of that, there was a customer who came back to complain after her toe nail polish was ruined only an hour after being done from the shop. I have been sitting on this review since Sunday Afternoon but here goes. My cousin and I leave church and head over to my neighborhood nail salon. Typically you will never catch me there on a Sunday afternoon yet we needed a quick Pedi before our Water Park adventure later that evening. Upon arriving at the salon, we enter and the new young girl working the front desk was very dry and rude. She proceeded to do her job and make ready the water for our pedicures. For some reason it's almost as if the young girl had already made up in her mind she didn't want to service us. She made the water extremely too hot and when I asked to make it cool she proceeded to give real attitude. Perhaps 6 mins passes and as my cousin and I were waiting another woman is seated directly in front of us. Now this particular woman (who was a different race) was serviced immediately, she was even asked if the water temp was okay for her liking. My cousin and I look at each other and then we looked at ALL of the technicians. (Perhaps this woman had an appointment, absolutely understandable). When the technicians spoke to my cousin & I it was almost as if they were yelling "One moment, Someone will be right with you, she coming.. she coming". They must have known themselves something wasn't right about this situation. So as my cousin and I waited maybe another 2 minutes, ( A TOTAL OF MAYBE 7 or 8 MINUTES, no service) one woman began to service my cousin. Yet I am still waiting. Let's go back to the woman across from us, she decides for whatever reason leave, assuming something had come up. So the technician who was servicing the woman across from us gets up and proceeds to service the woman NEXT to me, immediately!! She completely SKIPS me and I am SHOCKED!!! I looked her dead in the face and she looked at me dead in the face. We both looking at each other and she proceeds to tell me in a yelling manner "she coming right now, she coming right now". (It was almost as if she had something against me & did not want to service me due to her own biases). Let's keep in mind I just came from church so I'm still in awe of Gods Glory and Love, that I do not allow this foolishness get to me.. BUT THEN here comes the technician who serviced me, she was rude, rough, mean, and kept talking in her language as if she was upset about something. The only way I can describe this woman is Botox. At this point I was DONE. Botox was aggressive, rude & just unenjoyable. To top it off, I did ask for the paper slip ons to wear due to me coming into the salon with closed toed shoes, she told me "No - you have Gel, you don't need it". The audacity of this woman. As a customer I know what I need and don't need but I am the Customer and I just didn't want to wear my closed toed shoes to the car. I said okay very calmly (because I'm not confrontational) and the manager came and proceeded to give me the paper flats. Even the manager was aware of this foolishness. I NEVER GO on a Sunday afternoon and will NEVER go again on a Sunday afternoon. As a loyal customer & I still tipped generously because that's Love & God has been too good to me for me to allow other humans foolishness get to me. Be Blessed Everyone. I've really liked this place in the past, so it's tough to give it a low review. If I don't get dip/ SNS powder, my nails chip within a day. I got just regular gel this last time and all but one have broken within 3 days. They broke super far down on my nail and it's extremely painful. I've not had this issue before so I don't think it's the strength of my nails that is the issue. The polish itself seemed super thin when I left but I chalked it up to having dip on the manicure before, but it just is a really bad manicure.
