Being in the hospital hasn't kept her from being currently online as I type this. Only book Sandra if you don't mind having a no show with absolutely no notice. She is disgraceful. It's despicable to leave a customer hanging at the very last minute *with no notice* just because you didn't feel like getting on the highway. A pox upon her.

Ultimately I ended up moving forward with Debra's services. I thought that the baseboards, doors, and door trim would be wiped down. However none of it was done (see photos attached). There was also grease stains still left on the kitchen counters. I was able to wipe everything down with just paper towel and water.

Liz works alongside her brother and their crew, and you can tell they really take pride in what they do. They are incredibly detailed and truly clean every nook and cranny. They even fold all the kitchen and bathroom towels all cute. Washed all windows including the outside of main ones. The microwave, fridge, and oven were also spotless, inside and out. Rosemeri herself was VERY responsive and communicative and flexible which was a plus when we were trying to schedule for her team to come by. So I had high hopes that the cleaning service would be excellent given the good start so far as well as the glowing reviews on Yelp and near 5 star rating. The cleaning itself was fine and her team of two cleaners were on time. However I had two issues. Her team of cleaners had completely missed cleaning baseboards in the master bathroom and also did not dust off some of the door handles not a big deal. The biggest issue was that when they had cleaned the stainless steel stovetop and my stainless steel sink, they had used some sort of an abrasive brush which left many scratches on a practically new stovetop and new sink. The sink and stovetop look damaged now. The stovetops lettering and brand logo is also peeling off due to the abrasive brush or cleaning tool they used. Stainless steel should only be cleaned using a soft sponge/brush and cleaning should be done with the grain. Not sure if I would use them again because of this.

I had Michelle's cleaners come out twice for deep cleans. Overall, the cleaners were very nice and…read moredid a pretty good job. Unfortunately, I believe they left large scratches in my oven and on my microwave (see pictures). All of my appliances were about 1.5 years old and had zero damage before they came. I did point out the scratches on the microwave to Michelle, but she stated they could not have caused by them because they use soft cloths to clean. However those scratches were NOT there prior to the cleaning. Same with the oven - I honestly never have cleaned inside my oven before today. The only people to have cleaned it previously were Michelle's team. There are extremely deep scratches in the bottom of my oven that could only have been caused by scrubbing with something very rough. It's really damaged and the only people that could have damaged it are the cleaners. It's very very disappointing.
