It's always hard to get accurate estimates for a whole house deep clean, and so many companies say one quote then completely change to a much higher quote! Not Dany Maids, I sent them photos and they gave me a quote for a while house deep clean, and they stayed to their quote! They had a two technician team come, and I wasn't home, I gave them the door code and they came on time, spent 4-5 hours deep cleaning the house and locked up when they completed! Valerie was the manager I communicated with and she was awesome! She communicated very well, was quick to reply in text message and even called me for a follow up to see if I was happy with their service! They also are willing to work with you when scheduling is tight and they always confirm when they are coming. If I wasn't moving out of the area I would definitely keep using their services. Daniela sent out team 7, Gisela and Karla, and those two blew through my years-long mess quickly and efficently. They did an amazing job and were here nearly 4hr tackling the bathroom, kitchen, and removing a huge 9x10 living room rug that the cats had ruined. They even helped me lay down a new rug. I used this company for awhile then noticed the service got worse and the people would stay for less time. They gave me a price of $320 for three girls to come once a month and they would stay for two hours which would get the job done. Then they started to send only two girls who stayed for two hours which didn't get the job done. When I complained, they said the girls are more efficient when it's only two so they don't need as much time. This wasn't true as they weren't getting the job done. On the last visit, I sent a photo showing the dirt I swept off my floors right after they left and I asked them to do a better job on my floors next time. They said they would but then they just stopped showing up. When I reached out to ask if they would be coming back, they never responded, effectively ghosting me, which is highly unprofessional. When you pay good money for a service, you should expect them to provide the man hours that the original quote was based on and you should be able to provide feedback if they aren't doing a thorough job. It's truly disappointing to see a company the tries to cut corners and get the same pay for less work. read more

I had my house deep cleaned in May by Judy & Amelia from Dany Maid and was blown away by how clean it was. Every nook and cranny was sparkling clean! Everything felt so fresh and smelled amazing. I couldn't recommend the deep clean more and will probably do it once a year. The initial quote and communicating with the company (Miguel) was enjoyable too. He was very responsive, answered all my questions and was able to schedule the deep clean within the week! After the deep clean, I decided to get monthly cleanings and have never been disappointed. Yesterday, I had my third monthly cleaning by Adriana & Veronica and just had to write a review. They were so thorough, efficient, friendly, and super sweet to my dogs. My house looks, smells and feels great. They even vacuumed the back of my couch! Unfortunately, we did not have a 5 star experience as others on Yelp did. We requested a move in deep cleaning and despite paying top $$$, the services were lacking. There were various areas in the whole house that were just superficially cleaned or not touched at all. This despite being a totally empty house. Hello, My name is Maggie Read. I am completely blind so if you close your eyes, that is what I see. As of December 1, 2025 I can no longer use in-home support services through Sacramento County. Too long story to post here. Basically they wanted me to pair a Share Of Cost of $3891 and that combined with my mortgage would almost take all my money that I have for the month. It was very hard for me to keep my house clean and I was kind of in denial about me having to do it all by myself. So I decided to go on yelp, and Donnie maids was the first company that came up. The owner of Valerie is very nice and very, very easy to work with She sent out a woman. I cannot remember her name, but she was also very good. She did a walk-through of my home and she asked if she could take pictures before she started taking pictures. I really appreciate that not that I have anything to hide lol. The next day two workers came and I instructed them what I needed done what was a priority and what I didn't need to have done just personal items that I'd rather take care of myself they did an amazing job. They were very quick and they were very thorough. I can tell when things are clean. When I rub my hand over surface. I can tell if it's been dusted and treated with Murphy's oil soap or if they've just been barely gone over they did a great job on my toilet and my shower And my kitchen which I thought was a disaster. I cannot recommend them enough please give Valerie a call and at least consider using them. He will not be sorry. I repeat again. You will be not be sorry for using Donnie maids.
