When we advised of what we were told - we were advised that there was no way he could help us. We asked to speak with a manager and he did not transfer us. We are very disappointed that the associate who sold us the jacket was in error and that we now need to pay for that error. We are also disappointed that upon discussing this issue with Luke, there was no effort to make things right.
