She is not only knowledgeable, she's also passionate about rescues - I think her primary goal is that a new owner need never return a rescue for poor behavior. There are three classes offered a week and clients are welcome to two a week. Yes, TWO A WEEK! My rescue needs the socialization and I need the help, so this is fantastic. One graduates from class when she thinks the dog is ready, so if after 10 weeks the dog isn't ready to pass - the owner doesn't pay more, but continues with training until "graduation." I employ all of Shannon's suggestions and not only is my dog trained to sit/watch me/down/shake/spin/leave it/wait (and working on pulling), but I also now know based on some of his genetic makeup, why he behaves the way he does.
