We lived there for 1 year and here is just a glimpse of what happened. Fights all the time, yelling, screaming and physical. Cops there almost every weekend for months Pedophile arrested from the park, couples kicked out of the park for having sex inside the public shower houses, theft of packages and mail being opened. We dealt with a neighbor for our year there who constantly harassed us and our children, once she was finally evicted she dumped her black tank out as she left and we had to call Sun Corporate to get an answer as to who was going to come and clean it. Management there tries their best but I would never recommend anyone to stay there very long.

I have been going their for 7 years and did not give us the first chance to renew our reservations for next year and if we did we had to leave for a week during the Sebring race. They also wanted to double our rent for next year. Of the 5 couples that have been going for a few years to alot of years,none are coming back for next year. We all found better places to stay for alot less money. The best thing to do is bypass this resort,unless you like the headaches.

All the campers we met were friendly and helpful and the site was impeccable. The front office was especially helpful for providing notary public services for our vehicle purchases. My husband was wild about the pickle ball courts and the great folks that he played with. It was an especially good value for a month and even more so for a year. The pool was lovely and we looked forward to the Wednesday bake sales and farmers market. We would love to go back and might even consider wintering there next year. My only observation as a new RVEr was that the population At Florida RV parks in general was very Caucasian. There were no or very few Hispanics, African-Americans and Asians at the location. It was definitely LGBT friendly. Servers at Crumbs Country restaurant did not wear masks but outside dining was available and very comfortable. The overall belief of the RVers was that Covid had already come through the park and everyone simply distanced or rode by on their golf carts. Almost no one wore a mask.

There is a table and plenty of space to set-up tents. There is an outlet and water access. There are lots facing water, but some places can be spotty as there are mangroves. There are also various spots where you can launch kayak/paddleboards which makes it convenient. The bathroom and shower area was very clean and big. The showers I thought was a little inconvenient. (Maybe I am not to this). There are no hooks to hang my towel.. or even clothes.. There is also a dayroom nearby where you can rest if it is too hot in the campsites. In terms of accessibility - everything was easily accessible. I like that there is a bike path that you can ride from the campsite to the North beach. Niceness of all I haven't had a bad encounter, everyone was nice.
