No, they couldn't. SERIOUSLY? he had taken the time and trouble to drive to the office, was standing IN the office, and they couldn't tell him the rates??? she gave him a card and said he'd have to call that number to find out. charles schwab is evidently not looking for business, which is good because they're not getting ours.

Each person who took the time to post a review here has a story, of which, is valid to them and i would never presume to understand what they experienced. My experience was just fine. I rented a home for two years from them and never had one problem. I called for maintenance and they resolved problems, my entry and exit meetings with the KCHR team was pleasant and met my expectations as far as what i should expect from a management company .. And this is coming from a person who has dealt with property management companies in 20 different states, and more than 35 cities. These are a good group of people who try to get it right and thats all you can and should expect from them. My experience was good. They were responsive and in the end i got all of my deposit back - I got far more from KCHR than 80% of those i've dealt with in the past. Most companies ignore renters and make every effort to keep their deposits and this one didnt. There is a very good chance that, one day, i will return to Kansas City and when i do i WILL rent from them again! I appreciate all the people who post reviews here that they tried to give their opinions of this company and respect their comments but i would ask that anyone in the future wanting to rent - that you give them a try and see what happens.
