I should not have to email you multiple times to get a response. Emails went unanswered for anywhere between 4-8 days. If I asked two questions, I was lucky to have one answered. Getting our policy updated should not take two months of emails even before going to underwriting. The owner, Kevin Condon seems to be ghost. He couldn't even be bothered to call me to discuss my concerns when I called and asked to speak with him. He did however see examples of the emails where I had to email the agent multiple times, waiting days before finally getting a response, as well as how questions were going unanswered. This was his email sent to me rather than returning the phone call I had requested: "I want to acknowledge that my team member, has been doing her utmost to address all of your questions and concerns. In my opinion, she has truly gone above and beyond in her efforts. However, I understand that with her many clients requiring her attention, the level of service we can provide may not fully meet your expectations. I genuinely regret any shortcomings in our support. If you feel that our agency is not the right fit for your needs, I would be more than happy to recommend another agency that may be better suited to assist you." If this is "going above and beyond," your standard is exceptionally low. And trying to get help with unanswered questions gets you an email suggesting to take your business elsewhere.
