I am an older lady and I visit my unit at least once a week, many times after dark. The security is top notch-I always feel safe, unlike my old unit in town. The staff are friendly and very helpful. 'There is even free coffee, etc. in the lobby, as well as a selection of moving supplies. I accidently locked my keys in my car a couple of months ago, and the office was extremely helpful in helping me get on my way. The rates beat my old unit by $100/mo., and I couldn't be happier! Honest: We overpaid. I had no idea. THEY reached out to me and refunded my money. WORDS CANNOT EXPRESS how I appreciate honesty like this. Facility: Brand new. Shiny, clean, well-lit. Lovely parking spots, great long-term storage spots for RVs, I can go on-and-on. Accessibility: They answer the phone, they answer email, you get near immediate responses. We will definitely use him and recommend him to others! Note to self the actual building and office is not right on the road. Look for the Childres Meat building and that is where you turn to go back to his property. You will also pass the Umpqua Dairy behind the Meat building. The storage is off to the left. From the road look for the (I believe it was a green sign that said something like J and N in yellow letters. That is where you turn off. They are very close to the airport and FYI Jamie said Uber starts this week so easy to get a ride to and from the storage.

You can sign up and allow three other people acess your locker, really helpful if you want to make the use out of your space and save money. I find that most of the staff are very friendly and helpful and they sometimes have a dog behind the desk.
