The inspector (Adam) only emailed my husband the agreement at 2 PM, and canceled both inspections by 9 AM the next morning--without giving us time to respond. My husband worked all day/night and did not get him until 3am. Despite me replying right away to his messages this morning, offering to sign myself, and when I was told my name couldn't get added to the agreement I called my husband while he was working to get him to sign the agreement, After telling Adam I would work to get intouch with my husband and get him to sign right away Adam canceled anyway and said, "Best of luck to you." I asked that they contact me if they needed more time, but no one from the company contacted me. 4-There were no post-clean photos that they could provide to me. 5-Our landlord charged us an additional $150 to have a 2nd professional cleaner come in and RE-CLEAN our place as she noted the place was not properly cleaned.
