I cannot recommend her enough. I found her through a friend who used her for her wedding. The pictures she took for my friends wedding were literally out of a wedding magazing!! With us - first, she started with our engagement pics (included in our wedding package), which were amazing. We were hoping to wing things and she was able to find beautiful spots to take so so many amazing photos in. She got them all edited and back to us within a month (and this, mind you, is during peak wedding season). THEN comes the wedding planning. I was a very detailed planner, and Caitlin and I were a match made in vendor heaven. She was in contact with us throughout our 2.5 year engagement, helping us get a grip on what we will need for wedding time, and then about a month before, she sends over a whole website (!!!) for us to fill out to keep track of things we want, timelines, contacts, picture lists, etc. Not having to type that all up in an email and answer it questionnaire style was literally the best ever. I even received an email from her at one point telling me that if I need to talk about wedding planning to get talked back from the ledge, she could talk me down. How great is that - not only concerned with her piece in the wedding, but making sure that things are going great for me. On the wedding day, Caitlin and her assistant photographer Megan were like ninjas. Everything we wanted in pictures was captured beautifully. Our wedding photos were sent to us while we were on our honeymoon - not even 2 weeks after the event - GORGEOUS. Totally edited and ready to use. She uses an online album sharing tool to view (and you can download/order as well from there). But is also sending along a USB full of all the pictures for us to keep. Caitlin you ROCK!! My husband does photography as a hobby and is very particular about style and technique, so I thought he would have a hard time being in love with any photographer. However, as soon as we saw her natural, bright and unposed style, we knew that we had to have her capture our day. I think that the photos speak for themselves, but what you can't see is probably most important - amazing customer service. From the time that I inquired about her availability all the way to delivering pictures, Veronica was very responsive and thorough. I've always felt welcome to ask questions, re-arrange the timeline, add extra time and so on. We conversed and processed all paperwork/payments online which is 100% my preferred method of communications (hi, millenial here). On the wedding day, having Veronica and her assistant there really helped me relax and enjoy the wedding instead of fretting about the timeline. She worked so well with the other vendors and my friends and family loved her too :) When my bustle broke, she even teamed up with my coordinator to fix it quickly and get me back to the party. I had a feeling they would be running late since we were second to last and it was getting to be around the holidays. We were initially told they were behind 20 minutes. It ended up being an hour and a half behind schedule. They also accidentally put someone else in front of us as well. With 2 kids, a dog, and everyone hungry, we almost left. We had no issues with the staff as they were just doing their job. We only took maybe 6-8 photos. They did give us free prints and didn't charge any of fees due to the wait. We happened to be in the area twice. The photos and canvas came in early so were able to pick them up at the store. We ordered a larger canvas online. When it arrived, the picture turned out great but whoever made it, put the hooks on sideways so we had to buy some and fix it so the picture would hang right side up.

The photo studio manager inside JCPenney Robinson Mall squeezed in my appt at the end of the day yesterday so I wouldn't have to wait for their next open appt another day - Which made me sooo happy as I was having a great hair day! Savannah the photographer worked with my little doggie and I to make some amazing Christmas card pictures!!! and she even went ahead and put the Christmas card pictures all into a card for me and all I had to do was tell her how many I needed to order! Another thing off my holiday to do list! And I cannot wait for everyone to open these cards and see the precious pictures!!!!! THANKS to the studio for making my holiday so much less stressful and more like an actual JOYFUL holiday!!!!

I normally shoot with a lot of lighting equipment, and it just wasn't necessary at the location due to the natural light. Lastly, Jasano was a fantastic host. He showed me around the studio, made sure I had what I needed. Excellent wifi, and bluetooth, because how can one shoot without music. Thanks again, I will be back next time I'm in Pittsburgh.

They are considerate and work with you to get the exact style and experience you want your photos to portray. I could not have been happier with them or with the finished product. They are creative in their style of photography but are more than happy to take traditional shots if you want them (or odds are your parents want them), which is just one example of their flexibility. They also spent our entire wedding day with us. They were at each of our "getting ready" locations around 9:30 am and stayed through everything until about 10 or 10:30 that evening.
