After sending several messages trying to find a compromise, she stopped responding. The next week she contacted me again. I expressed that I wouldn't feel comfortable with her because of her inability to communicate with me in a timely manner and her communication was lacking in professionalism. Her response was that I was not her client and therefore she didn't feel the need to get back to me as quickly. I was very confused by this, as I would never commit to a photo shoot with a photographer who isn't able to respond to me in a timely manner. This was family photo shoot that many of us were traveling to the Dallas area for. Our dates weren't flexible and it was important to me to find someone who could ensure that it would be a smooth process. All in all I felt Lucy was unable to provide time with the level of service I expect. Furthermore, after ending our conversation, she continued to harass me through text message until I asked her to stop. If you are planning to book a photographer please look elsewhere! I am not sure if this if her normal work ethic, if I had done something to offend her, or if she was having a bad week. Regardless of the reason, her attitude was very off putting and her professionalism was lacking.

The owner herself took our photos, and they where beautiful too. I am an armature photographer myself, and took a few courses in college. Wasn't my passion, but I have a bit of a picky eye now. The owners style was nice, meh on the editing. I had some spanks showing in a photo I wish they edited out. I still bought that photo. I really liked Lindsey and wish they kept her. Her interaction with us and our kid was awesome. Her photo style and backdrop/ prop ideas was also amazing. She tried ideas and suggestions I had. Let me see her screen to decide if I want to retake a pose or move on. Fixed little things she saw through the lens that I didn't notice while trying to get my kid to smile/ giggle. We did go back at the end of the year and added on $300 worth of extra photos that didn't come in our package.
