I got engaged right before Covid happened, so I decided to push everything out two years, and I was worried it would be hard to find vendors. They made advanced planning a breeze! Everyone was incredibly professional all-around! I had the two photographers and two videographers package, and I'm so glad I did that! I felt like a queen on the day of my wedding; The whole team took care of my party and me the entire time! Justin was so friendly! It was a hot day in Texas, and I appreciated that they brought me water while we were outside taking pictures. They are seriously so kind and went above and beyond for my day! My photos and video came out amazing! I feel like my pictures could be in a magazine! I felt like I would be super awkward during my pictures, but they guided me the entire way and told us all how to pose so that it came across as more candid! We were all having such a good time that I had my guests coming up to me asking me if my photographers and videographers were my friends because they were so fun to be around! They also helped me with a timeline to help me feel organized, and we're very detailed about asking what kind of pictures I wanted! HIRE THEM!!!

When we got the photos our heart sank they were not what they were advertising on their website. They agreed to take these photos and did not deliver. There are missing photos such as Bride in her dress. There is not a single picture of the bride by herself with the full dress... We had a group photo taken of everyone at the event and no photo was recovered for that time just a photo 10 seconds after where people are not looking at camera. Group photos had no direction. Editing was sloppy, photos were overexposed and had poor composition (tons of non centered photos and wall with exit sign in background instead of the lovely venue we decorated). Tons of photos of people blinking. The two photos with my family they had were blinking Do not recommend they didn't show empathy after their terrible job and mistakes. We had a not so epic experience.

There was a workstation for hair/makeup, a dressing room, an area for food/drinks - it looked like a shot of America's Next Top Model! Let me say, our photobooth rental was a guest favorite! I wish we would have booked more than two…read morehours. Getting a quote and confirming booking was super easy. About a week before your event you'll receive a mock up of your frame that will be sent to your guests either digitally or printed. This is the moment my experience went sour. They sent a proof over with their website url on the front and when I inquired about it they tried to charge an additional $50 to remove it (which wasn't listed anywhere on their site, our paid contract, or during the booking process.) After I refused to pay the owner tried to "school" me on marketing, branding, and their view of industry standard. So just fyi, if you also think it's tacky to have their url on the front of all your photos be prepared to pay an additional $50 than your original quote. Also my event was 3.2 miles from their Richardson office and there was still an added fuel surcharge despite their website saying if you're over 35 miles away. A better description would be you will be charged fuel + the quote vs *additional fuel charges may apply. They will. These felt like sneaky hidden fees. If I hadn't already paid in full and found out with less than 5 days before our event, I would have canceled and went with another company.

I had already…read morebooked another photobooth company but found out just months before my wedding that not only were they not able to meet my venue's liability insurance requirements, they were not willing to be honest about it either. Sheena was extremely helpful in verifying that they were able to meet these requirements before taking my deposit money. These guys were on time, and though their designated place to set up the open air booth was not enough room, they improvised and relocated it without any disruption to our wedding reception. My only advise would be to get a better quality printer, the digital images quality was perfect however. The company as a whole is reliable and very professional. Book these guys and rest assured you'll have a complete and comprehensive package!
